Abstract:
The objectives of this study were : 1) to study the level of perception of learning organization
and group effectiveness 2) to compare the perception of learning organization of employees with
different personal factor 3) to compare the perception of group effectiveness of employees with
different personal factors 4) to find out the relationship between the perception of learning
organization and group effectiveness and 5) to create an equation of components according to
the perception of learning organization to predict group effectiveness.
The subjects of this study were 333 employees of Thai Merry Company Limited. The
questionnaire was used to collect data. The data was analyzed through percentage, means,
standard deviation, t-test, F-test, Pearsons Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Multiple
Regression.
The results could be summarized as follows : 1) the majority of employees had high level of
perception of learning organization and group effectiveness 2) the employees with different
personal factors : sex, age, education, and income had different perception of learning
organization with statistical significance at .005-.000 3) the employees with different personal
factors : marital status, age, education, periods of working and income had different of group
effectiveness with statistical significance at .005-.000 4) there was a positive relationship
between perception of learning organization and group effectiveness with statistical significance
at .000 (r =.765) 5) the components of perception of learning organization could predict group
effectiveness correctly at 90.2 percent with statistical significance at .000.
