Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาถึงสภาพการรับรู้ตนเองของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการศึกษาตามรายวิชา ความเหมาะสมของเนื้อหาวิชาที่กำหนดในคำอธิบายรายวิชา และ สภาพปัญหาด้านผู้เรียน ด้านผู้สอน ด้านการสอน ด้านเครื่องมือวัสดุครุภัณฑ์ ด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน ด้านตำราเรียน ด้านสถานที่ ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล ตามรายวิชาบังคับ กลุ่มวิชาเทคนิค ของหลักสูตรครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมแมคคาทรอนิกส์ และศึกษาความคิดเห็นผู้สอนในด้านวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตร ความเหมาะสมของรายวิชา ปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชา และความต้องการในการได้รับการสนับสนุนของผู้สอน เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพในการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามของหลักสูตรครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมแมคคาทรอนิกส์ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักศึกษาสาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมแมคคาทรอนิกส์ ชั้นปีที่ 1 ถึง 4 ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนในปีการศึกษา 2549 จำนวน 99 คน และผู้สอนจำนวน 16 คนที่สอนตามรายวิชาบังคับกลุ่มวิชาเทคนิค หลักสูตรครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมแมคคาทรอนิกส์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม 2 ชุด ชุดแรก สำหรับอาจารย์ผู้สอน ชุดที่ 2 สำหรับนักศึกษา การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้การเก็บด้วยตนเอง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่า ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (x¯) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) สำหรับแบบสอบถามที่เป็นปลายเปิดใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis)
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ตามความเห็นของผู้สอน วัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรมีความเหมาะสม ส่วนหัวข้อตามคำอธิบายรายวิชาในรายวิชาบังคับ กลุ่มวิชาเทคนิค เฉพาะวิชาทฤษฎีและวิชาโครงงาน จำนวน 26 วิชา 243 หัวข้อ นักศึกษาเห็นว่า มีความเหมาะสมระดับปานกลางทุกวิชา ส่วนผู้สอนมีความเห็นว่า ส่วนใหญ่มี ความเหมาะสม ระดับปานกลาง มีวิชาที่ต้องการแก้ไขหัวข้อในคำอธิบายรายวิชาจำนวน 16 วิชา จำนวน 39 หัวข้อ
ปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอน ผู้สอนเห็นว่า ปัญหาพื้นฐานความรู้ของนักศึกษา ปัญหาปริมาณและความทันสมัยของเครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์ และสื่อการสอน ปัญหาจำนวนนักศึกษา 30 คนต่อตอน ปัญหาสภาพห้องเรียน ปัญหาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ปัญหาปริมาณหนังสือ วารสาร สิ่งตีพิมพ์ที่เหมาะสมในห้องสมุดสำหรับค้นคว้า ปัญหาอยู่ในระดับน้อย สำหรับความเหมาะสมของหน่วยกิตนั้น มีวิชาที่ขอปรับเพิ่มหน่วยกิต 2 วิชา เพิ่มจำนวนชั่วโมงสอนทฤษฎีและประลอง จำนวน 11 วิชา และขอแยกวิชาออกเป็น 2 วิชา จำนวน 2 วิชา เรื่องความเหมาะสมของการจัดวิชาเรียนในชั้นปีและภาคการศึกษา มีวิชาที่ขอปรับไปสอนชั้นปีอื่น และภาคการศึกษาอื่น 2 วิชา นอกจากนี้ผู้สอนส่วนใหญ่เห็นว่าวิชาที่สอนนั้นสามารถนำไปประกอบอาชีพหรือศึกษาต่อได้ และสามารถส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนเรียนรู้ได้ด้วยตนเอง
ในการสอบถามปัญหาต่าง ๆ จากนักศึกษา พบว่า ปัญหาความรู้พื้นฐานในวิชาส่วนใหญ่ของผู้เรียนมีปัญหาระดับปานกลาง ปัญหาความสนใจมีปัญหาระดับปานกลาง ปัญหาด้านผู้สอน เกี่ยวกับความตั้งใจ ความตรงต่อเวลา การให้นักศึกษาเข้าพบและปรึกษา การตอบข้อสงสัย การเปิดโอกาสให้แสดงความคิดเห็น และซักถามปัญหาของผู้สอน มีปัญหาระดับปานกลางถึงน้อย ปัญหาด้านสื่อและอุปกรณ์การสอน สถานที่ ความเพียงพอของแหล่งค้นคว้า ปัญหาเครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์และงบประมาณในการทำโครงงาน ปัญหาการประเมินผล การให้คะแนน การตรวจงาน การชี้ข้อบกพร่อง ปัญหาด้านความทันสมัย ความสอดคล้อง และ ความสามารถในการนำไปประกอบอาชีพ ความสามารถในการขยายความคิดและความรู้ของเนื้อหา มีปัญหาระดับปานกลาง
ในด้านความเหมาะสมของอาจารย์ผู้สอนนั้น จากคุณวุฒิของผู้สอนและจากการสอบถามจากนักศึกษา พบว่า อาจารย์ผู้สอนทุกวิชามีความเหมาะสม ในด้านความต้องการฝึกอบรมมีผู้สอนใน 9 วิชา ต้องการฝึกอบรมและดูงาน การพัฒนาด้านสถานที่ 9 วิชา การเพิ่มเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ 11 วิชา และเพิ่มสื่อการสอน 6 วิชา

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the opinions of the students in the compulsory technical courses in Bachelor of Science in Technical Education Program in Mechatronics Engineering Curriculum of the Faculty of Technical Education, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology North Bangkok on self-perception toward each cause of the student, the appropriation of contents identified in the course description, the problems of the students, instructors, teaching, learning equipments, materials, instruction medias, textbooks, classroom facilities, measurement and evaluation, and learning contents.Instructors’ opinions on curriculum objectives, the appropriation of contents identified in the course description, the problems of teaching in the courses, and the requirements of the supports in order to rise the potential of the instructors in teaching the courses. The population of this study was 16 instructors and 99 of the 1 to 4 year students who enrolled in the academic year 2006. Two sets of questionnaire, one for the instructors and the other for the students were use to collect the data. The data were collected by researcher self. Frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation were used to analyze the data. Content analysis was made to the open-ended question.
By the opinions of the instructors, it was found that all of the curriculum objectives were appropriate. By the opinions of the students the course descriptions of 26 compulsory subjects were appropriate at medium level. But the instructor viewed that there were 16 subjects may be review. By the opinions of the instructors about the learning and teacher problems, it was found that the problems of basic knowledge of the students, the up-to-date of equipments, materials, instruction medias, an amount of 30 students per section were rated at a medium level. The amount of textbooks, journals and print material in the library were rated at a low level. About the appropriate of the subjects’ credit, there were 2 subjects may be increase the credit, 11 subjects may be review the study hour, and 2 subjects may be divided into 2 subjects. The instructors viewed that all subjects promote the students’ benefits for their careers and their further education, and all subjects can be promote for self study.
By the opinions of the students, it was found that the problems of basic knowledge and the interest of the students were rated at a medium level. About the problems of the teacher such as the intention, on time, the available for students to consult with teacher, answering to the students’ question, and opportunity to share opinion and ask questions during classes were rate at a low to medium level. The problem of instruction media, classroom, the problem of sufficiency of research resource, equipments, budgets for special projects, evaluation, were rate at a medium level. The problems of up - to - date and consistency of the subject matter, the available to use the knowledge in career, and expanding the knowledge, were rate at a medium level. In the case of the sufficiency of the instructors, all the instructors have the sufficient degree and the student rate that the entire instructors were sufficient. As the question of the need of the instructor in training, the answers were they want to have a training and site visit in the industries that relate their teaching subject. The instructor also needs the department to adjust the classroom, equipments and instruction media.
