Abstract:
The purpose of this research were : to study the level of satisfaction for customer to use service of Prajukauttasahakum (1982) Co., Ltd. and to compare the cooperation between personal factor and satisfaction. By type of user population are customers to use service. The questionnaire designed by researcher was conducted to 400 samples. The data analyzed by using SPSS program. The statistics were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test F-test and Sheffe method.
The research was as follows: The research findings revealed that most of the respondents were married male with the ages ranging from 31 - 40. Their educational background was bachelors degree, they were farmers and their monthly incomes ranged from 10,001 to 20,000 baht. Location of the service is Tambon Talat, departments that use the services, the using service ranged from 1 to 3 years and they used the service 1 to 5 times a month. The overall satisfaction for customer level was found to be in the high level. The service, then the location and environment, staff and the service process. Comparison of satisfaction by type of users found that education, career, status, location of company services department and frequency of service make the difference between satisfaction difference is statistically significant at the 0.05 level of other characteristics of users were satisfied no different.
