Abstract: การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่มาใช้บริการแหล่งท่องเที่ยวในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดกระบี่ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวที่มาใช้บริการแหล่งท่องเที่ยวในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดกระบี่ จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล เก็บรวบรวมแบบสอบถามจากนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่มาใช้บริการแหล่งท่องเที่ยวในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดกระบี่ จำนวน 400 คน โดยค่าสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วย t-test และ F-test ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุ 31 - 40 ปี สถานภาพโสด การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี อาชีพพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน ระดับรายได้ 10,000 - 15,000 บาท ภูมิลำเนาเป็นคนจังหวัดกระบี่ ความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวที่มาใช้บริการแหล่งท่องเที่ยว ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มีความพึงพอใจระดับมากทั้ง 4 ด้าน ผลการเปรียบเทียบของนักท่องเที่ยวที่มาใช้บริการแหล่งท่องเที่ยวในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดกระบี่ จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า อายุ สถานภาพ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน และภูมิลำเนา มีความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวที่มาใช้บริการแหล่งท่องเที่ยวในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดกระบี่ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to study the satisfaction of Thai tourists towards the tourist attractions in Amphur Muang, Krabi Province and to compare their satisfaction according to individual factors. The questionnaires were distributed and filled in by 400 Thai tourists who visited the tourist attractions in Amphur Muang, Krabi Province. The statistical tests employed in data analysis were frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation, t-test and F-test. Most of the samples that filled in the questionnaires were female age between 31-40 years, single, holding bachelor degree, working in private companies with salary in the range of 10,000-15,000 baht and domicile in Krabi province. In overall, the satisfaction of these Thai tourists towards the tourist attraction in Amphur Muang, Krabi province was high. And the result after considering satisfaction in all 4 respects individually also confirmed high level of satisfaction. On comparing the satisfaction among Thai tourists according to their individual factors towards tourist attraction in Amphur Muang, Krabi Province it was found that age, marital status, educational background, monthly income and domicile were significantly different at the level of 0.05.
