Abstract: การวิจัยเรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการน้ำประปาหมู่บ้านจังหวัดยะลาในอนาคต โดยใช้เทคนิค EDFR (Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research) กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ที่มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในเรื่องการจัดการน้ำประปาหมู่บ้านจังหวัดยะลา จำนวน 24 คน ใช้วิธีการวิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล เป็นแนวการสัมภาษณ์และแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า การเก็บข้อมูลดำเนินการ 3 รอบแรกเป็นการสัมภาษณ์ แล้วนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาสร้างแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า นำไปใช้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญตอบในรอบที่สองและสาม ข้อมูลที่ได้จากแบบสอบถามรอบสุดท้าย สถิติที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย ค่ามัธยฐาน ฐานนิยม ความต่างระหว่างฐานนิยมกับมัธยฐาน และพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการน้ำประปาหมู่บ้านจังหวัดยะลาในอนาคต มีรูปแบบพัฒนาการจัดการน้ำประปาหมู่บ้านจังหวัดยะลา ประเด็นสำคัญ ประกอบด้วย (1) แนวคิดทั่วไปในการพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการน้ำประปาหมู่บ้าน (2) แนวทางการวางแผนเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการน้ำประปาหมู่บ้านจังหวัดยะลา (3) กระบวนการจัดการน้ำประปาหมู่บ้านจังหวัดยะลาในอนาคต (4) แนวทางการจัดการน้ำประปาหมู่บ้านจังหวัดยะลา (5) แนวทางในการจัดการด้านคุณค่าการใช้ประโยชน์ของน้ำประปาหมู่บ้าน (6) แนวทางในการจัดการด้านคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ใช้น้ำประปาหมู่บ้านจังหวัดยะลา (7) การจัดการระบบน้ำประปาหมู่บ้านจังหวัดยะลามีหน้าที่ในการจัดการ 5 ประการคือการวางแผน การจัดการองค์กร การนำหรือการสั่งการ การควบคุม การจัดการและ (8) แนวทางพัฒนาแบบยั่งยืนจะให้ความสำคัญสูงแก่คุณค่าของธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม The purpose of this research was to study future condition of a development of Management of villagw piped Water in Yala by applying EDFR technique (Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research). The sample used in the study consisted of 24 experts in management of village piped Water of Yala by purposive sampling. To collect data by interview and rating scale questionnaire. The first collect data was interview for rating scale questionnaire then the second and the third were collect data by the experts. The final data analised to mean median and quatile. The results revealed that the management of village piped Water in the Yala comprised the following were (1)A development of village piped Water in Yala model general concept. ( 2) A plan to development of management village piped Water in Yala (3)The process of management village piped Water of Yala in the Future. (4)The approaeh of management village piped Water in Yala. (5)A value of the benefits village piped Water. (6)The quality of life, Who that use village piped Wter. (7)The management of village piped Water in Yala in 5 way are plan,the management of organizition, the laed or the order, the control and the management and (8)The important of the sustainable development of the natural and environment.
