Abstract:
The objectives of this study were to study the pattern of the administration, problems of the cooperative activities, study the situation needs and benefits of members and develop activities of the Ban AngKeri Para Rubber Fund Cooperative Limited. Using a participatory research process. The process of this research was to study the problems needs and development of management approaches, organized critical problems of the management, development of management approaches by staging, synthesize approach to management, synthesize information and staging, and return information to the relevant Ban AngKeri Para Rubber Fund Cooperative Limited. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The results showed that
1. Ban AngKeri Para Rubber Fund Cooperative Limited, Chanthaburi Province was the cooperative registered type. For the purpose of the cooperative was to promote economic and social benefits of those members by owner-help and mutual aid as the main cooperative
2. The farmers problems of para rubber production for the overall aspects found was between the low level and least level. The needs of farmers and service from Ban AngKeri Para Rubber Fund Cooperative Limited for the overall aspects found was between low level and high. The service level of cooperative values was high.
3. The problems of the management of cooperatives found were paid to members shortly, directors and members not understand the cooperative principles and the role of traders holding their pay conditions and lack of para rubber buyers without quality, honesty and punctual purchases, and some of the remaining outstanding stock. The relationship between the board and members had low level, participation of its members or with the cooperation of its members had low level, and the lack of thorough public relations.
4. Guidelines for good practices management were cooperative process to gather rubber, the high grade para rubber to high price. The high price of para rubber auction tend to high price in the market. The cooperatives could sell any fruits such as mangosteen. The cooperative could manage by principles of good governance and look good. Chairman of the Board of directors was working hard, sacrificing, justice, and protect the interests of its members. The cooperative officers work on duties, providing good service. The cooperative members were strong organizational, love and trust in the cooperatives.
5. Guidelines for cooperative development found that the cooperatives should develop to potential organization, the quality of life, learning, knowledge management, the relationship of mass membership, communications and public relations.
