Abstract:
The objectives of this study are 1) study the status of the students who join the
conservative mathematics camp activities 2) study the behaviors of students in Chanthaburi,
Rayong and Trat provinces when they join the conservative mathematics camp activities
3) study the students contentment level with the administrative managements of the
conservative mathematics camp activities 4) study the students needs level of the conservative
mathematics camp activities 5) study the relations between the status of the students and the
students needs level of the conservative mathematics camp activities. The populations of this
study are the 2069 students who studying in Chanthaburi, Rayong and Trat provinces and join
the 56th and 58th conservative mathematics camp activities. The 336 samples were collected by
stratified random sampling, the questionnaire has 4 parts: 1) the status of the students who
answer the questionnaire 2) the behaviors when they join the conservative mathematics camp
activities 3) the contentment level with the administrative managements of the conservative
mathematics camp activities 4) needs level of the conservative mathematics camp activities in
Chanthaburi, Rayong and Trat provinces, the statistical methods that used in data analysis is
percentage value, arithmetic mean, standard deviation Chi square test
The research results is the sequences from the highest level are 1) knowledgements
with the arithmetic mean = 4.45 2) the administrative managements of the conservative
mathematics camp activities with the arithmetic mean = 4.40 3) the amused entertainment with
the arithmetic mean = 4.38 4) the facility with the arithmetic mean = 4.35 5) the suitability of the
activities with the arithmetic mean = 4.34, and the Chi square test are 1) the grade point
average is the independent variable related with knowledgements with .05 significance level
2) the provinces that they are studying is the independent variable related with the
administrative managements of the conservative mathematics camp activities with .05
significance level 3) the activities joining, gender and their studying levels are the independent
variables related with the amused entertainment with .05 significance level 4) the studying
levels is the independent variable related with the facility with .05 significance level 5) the
activities joining and gender are the independent variables related with the suitability of the
activities with .05 significance level.
