Abstract:
The research aimed to study state and problem of school administrator on good governance in Doinangnon cluster, Chiangrai primary educational service 3. The population of this research was 180 persons from 12 schools, 14 administrators and 166 teachers in Doinangnon cluster. The instruments of this research was questionnaire which consists of 3 parts: general information which was choosing answer, state of administration on good governance was rating scale with 5 level and problem of administration on good governance with 6 principles was opened-end answer. The questionnaire was returned about 148 issues (82.22%). Data was analyzed by computer program calculating and calculated mean, standard deviation, percentage, and text writing. The results of the research were the state of good governance of administrators opinion and teachers were high level and problem of good governance in 6 principles collates from high to less: moral, law, responsibility, value, transparency and participation. The conclusion of good governance problems were administrators worked without rule, unfair teamwork, roll model, supervision, check and report to stake holder more over the administrators worked without planning, unacceptable others opinion, using the resource valueless, lacked of awareness in duty with they should behave as leaders.
