Abstract:
The objective of this study was to study educational quality assurance practice, problems and suggestions in school, secondary educational service area office 36. The samples of this study were executives and teachers of Phayaosecondary educational service area office 36, in 2011 academic year,totaled 270 participants. The research instruments were the rating scale questionnaires for 5 levels. The data were statistically analyzed by using package program tofind percentage, mean, standard deviation. The results of this study showed that the overall practice of educational quality assurance in school was at the high level. The practice levels could be arranged from the most to the least as follows, educational standards, educational development plans of school based on educational standard of school, internal quality evaluations based on educational standard of school, annual internal quality evaluations reports, management and information systems, educational quality checking and development, respectively. The problems and suggestions in school internal educational quality assurance practice were proposed as follows the school had no information systems for educational quality assurance in school. Moreover, the teachers and personnel should hasthe participants inschool internal educational quality assurance practice.
