Abstract: ความมุ่งหมายของของการวิจัย ๑.เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองในเขตการศึกษาชั้นในที่มีต่อ คุณภาพของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ในการศึกษาชั้นใน ในด้านการเรียนการสอน บุคลากร อุปกรณ์การสอน กิจการนักเรียน อาคารสถานที่ การจัดบริการด้านต่างๆ และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับผู้ปกครอง ๒.เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองในเขตการศึกษาชั้นนอกที่มี คุณภาพของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ในเขตการศึกษาชั้นนอก ในด้านการเรียนการสอน บุคลากร อุปกรณ์การสอน กิจการนักเรียน อาคารสถานที่ การจัดบริการด้านต่างๆ และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับผู้ปกครอง วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ศึกษารวบรวมข้อมูลเพื่อสร้างแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครอ งเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานในโรงเรียนทั้ง ๗ ด้านนำแบบสอบถามไปใช้กับตัวอย่างประชากร ซึ่งเป็นผู้ปกครองนักเรียน โรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ ๖ ปีการศึกษา ๒๕๒๔ จากโรงเรียนในเขตการศึกษาชั้นใน ๑๖๐ คน และเขตการศึกษาชั้นนอก ๑๖๐ คน รวมทั้งสิ้น ๓๒๐ คน และนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลของการวิจัย ๑.ผู้ปกครองในเขตการศึกษาชั้นในและเขตการศึกษาชั้นนอกมีความ คิดเห็นว่าโรงเรียนทั้งในเขตการศึกษาชั้นในและเขตการศึกษาชั้นน อก ดำเนินงานด้านการเรียนการสอนอยู่ในระดับดี ๒.ผู้ปกครองในเขตการศึกษาชั้นในมีความคิดเห็นว่าโรงเรียนในเขต การศึกษาชั้นในดำเนินงานด้านบุคลากรอยู่ในระดับดี แต่ผู้ปกครองในเขตการศึกษาชั้นนอกมีความคิดเห็นว่าโรงเรียนในเ ขตการศึกษาชั้นนอกดำเนินงานด้านบุคลากรอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ๓.ผู้ปกครองในเขตการศึกษาชั้นในและเขตการศึกษาชั้นนอกมีความ คิดเห็นว่าโรงเรียนทั้ง ในเขตการศึกษาชั้นในและเขตการศึกษาชั้นนอก ดำเนินงานด้านอุปกรณ์การสอนอยู่ในระดับดี ๔.ผู้ปกครองในเขตการศึกษาชั้นในมีความคิดเห็นว่าโรงเรียนในเขต การศึกษาชั้นในดำเนินงานด้านกิจการนักเรียนอยู่ในระดับดี แต่ผู้ปกครองในเขตการศึกษาชั้นนอกมีความคิดเห็นว่าโรงเรียนในเ ขตการศึกษาชั้นนอกดำเนินงานด้านกิจการนักเรียนอยู่ในระดับปาน กลาง ๕.ผู้ปกครองในเขตการศึกษาชั้นในและเขตการศึกษาชั้นนอกมีความ คิดเห็นว่าโรงเรียนทั้งในเขตการศึกษาชั้นในและเขตการศึกษาชั้นน อก ดำเนินงานด้านอาคารสถานที่อยู่ในระดับดี ๖.ผู้ปกครองในเขตการศึกษาชั้นในและเขตการศึกษาชั้นนอกมีความ คิดเห็นว่าโรงเรียนทั้งในเขตการศึกษาชั้นในและเขตการศึกษาชั้นน อก ดำเนินงานด้านการจัดบริการด้านต่างๆอยู่ในระดับดี ๗.ผู้ปกครองในเขตการศึกษาชั้นในและเขตการศึกษาชั้นนอกมีควา มคิดเห็นว่าโรงเรียนทั้งในเขตการศึกษาชั้นในและเขตการศึกษาชั้น นอก ดำเนินงานด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับผู้ปกครองอยู่ในระดั บปานกลาง

Abstract: Purposes : a.To study the opinions of the parents in the inner areas in the elementary schools under the auspices of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration towards the quality of inner areas schools concerning learning-teaching category, personnel category, teaching media category, students activities category, school building and facilities category, services management category and relation between school and community category. b.To study the opinions of the parents in the outer areas in the elementary schools under the auspices of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration towards the quality of outer areas schools concerning learning-teaching category , personnel category, teaching media category, students activities category, school building and facilities category, services management category and relation between school and community category. Research Procedure ; The data information of this study were collected and developed into questionnaires concerning parents’ opinions towards the quality of the schools. Three hundred and twenty questionnaires were sent to the students’ parents of the elementary schools under the auspices of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Prathom Suksa Vi, Academic Year 1981. One hundred and sixty questionnaires were return from inner areas school and also one hundred and sixty questionnaires were from outer areas school, which was 100%. The obtained data were analyzed by using percentage, mean and standard deviation. Results 1.Both of parents in inner and outer areas consider that the inner and outer areas schools can manage learning-teaching category in a good level. 2.Parents in inner area consider that the management of personnel category is good in inner areas schools but the parents in outer area consider this category to be moderate. 3.Both of parents in inner and outer areas consider that the inner and outer areas schools can manage teaching media category in a good level. 4.Parents in inner area consider that the management of students activities category is good in inner areas schools but the parents in outer area consider this category to be moderate. 5.Both of parents in inner and outer areas consider that the inner and outer areas schools can manage school building and facilities category in a good level. 6.Both of parents in inner and outer areas consider that the inner and outer areas schools can manage service management category in a good level. 7.Both of parents in inner and outer areas consider moderately that the inner and outer areas schools can manage relation between school and community category.
