Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study actual situation and expectation of ROI-ET province people toward nursing service in Health Card Program, cost and benefit of health Card, and condition of Health Card. The study was also to explore recommendations on administrative of Health Car Program toward nursing service in health Card Program, cost and benefit of health Card, and condition of Health Card. The major findings 1.There was an statistical significant difference at 0.05 level between actual situation and expectation of nursing service in Health Cad Program at the combine health station levels health centers, community hospitals and provincial hospital. The expectation mean score were higher than the actual situation mean score. 2.There were an statistical significant difference at 0.05 level between actual situation and expectation at each health station level. The expectation mean score were higher than the actual situation mean score. At the health centers and the community hospitals, the expectation mean score were at the eked level white the actual situation mean score were at the fair level. At the provincial hospital, the actual situation and the expectation mean score were at the good level. 3.More than 50% of samples agreed with cost and benefit of Health Card at 300 Baht per card. 4.More than 50% of samples agreed with 11 Conditions of Health Card. The condition that they highly agree with was cover all person in family. However they didnt agree with 4 conditions, the could use free medical treatment for 6 times per year limit cost of free medical treatment at 2,000 Baht per visit if the cost of medical treatment over the limit they must pay for the 10% discount and they must showed the referral card in order to obtain free medical treatment 5.The recommendations cost and benefit of Health Card were they could use free medical treatment around the year they could obtain free medical treatment if the cost beyond the limit and dont limit the cost of free medical treatment 6.The recommendations on nursing service in Health Card Program at the and health centers were adequate supply and equipment increase health workers and adequate drug and health supply. At both community and provincial hospitals, the recommendations were the same, faster services and health workers speak nicely
