Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to examine the quality of work life of University of Phayao employees. Purpose of this study is to study of quality of work life of The University of Phayao employees. Data of this study were collected from the University of Phayao 300 employees. Data were analyzed and interpreted deviation statistic. Results of this study are as followed. Personal characteristics This study found that majority of sample were female, age between 26-30 years, single with BA level of education, working in supportive status, income monthly between 10,001-15,000 baht, and length of work was between 1-5 years. Quality of work life This study found that an average of quality of work life was mild for seven aspects; fair compensation, environment was save and clean, opportunity for advancement in knowledge and competency, better development and growth, based and registration and just, balance between personal life and work life, and job that related to society. This study also found that quality of work life of employees was light in socialization and quality of work life was mild.
