Abstract:
Dermal scaffold production is develop in Innovative cell and tissue engineering laboratory (i-Tissue) and but there is no production data and record procedure. Then, it is not possible to tracking the process data and impossible to access some data. The objective of this research is to design the tracking and record management database which can support the quality system (Good manufacturing practice) of dermal scaffold production in i-Tissue. The system in this research divides into 3 main parts: inventory system, process system and document system, which can provide record management and tracking ability of material and product during the production process. The system development started by designing and deploying and RFID system. However, the designed system was operated under the restricted factors and conditions such as the special environment of the production lines (clean, low temperature), the special characteristic of material (unknown quantity) and so on. After that, the suitable hardware devices such as RFID reader, RFID tag and Frequency were defined. Next, the software was carefully designed and developed for ease of use and learning. Last, the system was tested with the lab users and showed high user satisfaction rate up to 83%.
