Abstract:
This research studied on the design and control speed DC motor with the dSPACE series DS1104 card. The simulink of matlab program is used for design and built PI controller. We can adjust the parameters and check it through the monitor with control desk program. Specification of the DC motor is 48 watts and 24 volt. the tachometer is used for the sensor speed motor. The result of the testing found that at the angular frequency increasing the and state of full load, the round speed overshoot and the rise time rate not more than 4% and 3 second respectively.in the otherhand, we tested the interrupting load while constant motor speed, found that the speed motor has decreased immediately but the controller can be adjusted to the set point speed again within 10 second
