Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในโครงการก่อสร้างโรงงานผลิตน้ำดื่มขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลทุ่งฮั้ว โดยได้สอบถามข้อมูลด้านตลาดจากผู้ประกอบการที่ผลิตน้ำดื่มในพื้นที่ใกล้เคียง ข้อมูลด้านราคาจากผู้ประกอบการที่จำหน่ายเครื่องจักรอุปกรณ์ในการผลิตน้ำดื่ม และข้อมูลความต้องการบริโภคน้ำดื่มจากโรงงานผลิตน้ำดื่มของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 110 ครัวเรือน มีการประมาณการต้นทุนในสินทรัพย์ถาวร ค่าใช้จ่ายในการผลิต และค่าจ้างบุคลากรองค์กรในการบริหารรวมถึงรายได้จากการขาย การวิเคราะห์การเลือกการลงทุน โดยทำการวิเคราะห์มูลค่าการลงทุนรายปี Annual Worth Analysis (AW) ชุดกระแสเงินสดที่เวลาต่าง ๆ จะถูกวิเคราะห์ให้เป็นปริมาณที่เท่า ๆ กันที่ปลายงวดแต่ละงวด เพื่อตัดสินใจยอมรับโครงการลงทุนที่ให้ผลตอบแทนสูงที่สุด ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้ผลตอบแทนที่น่าลงทุน เท่ากับ 111,440 บาทต่อปี โครงการนี้ถ้าจ้างบุคลากรองค์กรในการบริหารโรงงานผลิตน้ำดื่มมากเกินไป จะทำให้ผลตอบแทนในการลงทุนไม่คุ้มค่า"

Abstract: This study had the objectives to study the feasibility of the construction project of drinking water plant of Tung hua Sub-district Administration Organization by asking marketing information from drinking water producers from nearby areas, price data from drinking water equipment sellers and consumption data from drinking water producers of the sample group of 110 households. There were estimates of the cost of permanent assets, production expenses and cost for administration including revenues from sales. The analysis of investment choice by analyzing Annual Worth Analysis (AW), cash flow at different periods and analyzed at the same amount at the end of the sessions of each session to decide the acceptance of choice of the project investment having the highest return. The result of the data analysis for the information acceptable for investment was 111,440 Baht per year and if this project pays too much for administration cost of the drinking water production plant, the investment is not viable."
