Abstract: บทคัดย่อ แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับครอบครัวในคัมภีร์พระพุทธศาสนาพบว่า การสร้างครอบครัวมีอยู่ ๒ ช่วงลำดับ คือ (๑) จุดเริ่มต้นของการสร้างครอบครัวในยุคแรกของมนุษย์นั้นเกิดจากความใกล้ชิดแล้วนำไปสู่ความพึงพอใจในทางกามารมณ์ต่อมาก่อให้เกิดการสร้างครอบครัวขึ้นตามลำดับ (๒) การสร้างครอบครัวเกิดจากความรักและความใกล้ชิดด้วยอำนาจกรรมเก่าที่เคยเป็นสามีภรรยาและกรรมใหม่ในปัจจุบันที่เกิดจากความใกล้ชิดความเห็นอกเห็นใจและบริบททางสังคม ได้แก่ ความเชื่อ ประเพณีและวัฒนธรรมเป็นตัวกำหนดให้หญิงชายต้องแต่งงานเพื่อให้กำเนิดบุตรชาย จากการสร้างครอบครัวนี้บางครอบครัวมีปัญหาสร้างความรุนแรงขึ้นในครอบครัวและมีผลกระทบต่อสังคมซึ่งมีสาเหตุ ๒ อย่าง คือ ๑) สาเหตุทางด้านร่างกายและจิตใจซึ่งถูกขับเคลื่อนจากเหตุภายในคือ ราคะ โทสะ โมหะ ๒) เกิดจากปัจจัยทางด้านโครงสร้างทางสังคม ได้แก่ ระบบปิตาธิปไตยและระบบวรรณะ ซึ่งผลจากความรุนแรงในครอบครัวทำให้เกิดผล ๒ อย่าง คือ (๑) ผลที่เกิดต่อตนเองได้แก่ ทำให้ตนเองเดือนร้อนทั้งโลกนี้และโลกหน้า เป็นเหตุแห่งการก่อเวรภัยและเป็นเหตุแห่งการเสื่อมจากมรรคผลนิพพานในชาติปัจจุบัน (๒) ผลที่เกิดต่อระบบโครงสร้างทางสังคม ได้แก่ ทำให้เกิดความไม่เสมอภาคทางสังคมและมีผลกระทบต่อระบบอื่น ๆ ทางสังคม เช่น การเมือง และเศรษฐกิจ วิธีแก้ปัญหาความรุนแรงในครอบครัวมี ๒ วิธี คือ ๑) วิธีแก้ปัญหาความรุนแรงในครอบครัวทางด้านร่างกายและจิตใจ ได้แก่ ประพฤติตนอยู่ในศีล ประพฤติตนอยู่ในธรรม และการพัฒนาจิตโดยวิธีคิดแบบพุทธธรรม ๒) วิธีแก้ปัญหาความรุนแรงในครอบครัวทางด้านโครงสร้างทางสังคมมี ๓ อย่าง คือ ทางด้านสังคม ได้แก่ มีความรับผิดชอบต่อครอบครัว มีความรับผิดชอบต่อบทบาทหน้าที่ และการเสวนากับคนดี ทางด้านเศรษฐกิจ ได้แก่ เว้นจากมิจฉาอาชีวะและการดำเนินชีวิตอันเป็นเหตุให้เสียทรัพย์ ดำเนินชีวิตโดยสุจริตและปัญญา หลักการแสวงหาทรัพย์ และหลักการใช้จ่ายทรัพย์ และทางด้านการศึกษา ได้แก่ การปรับความรู้ความเข้าใจให้ตรงกัน การฝึกฝนพัฒนาตนเอง ซึ่งผลจากการแก้ปัญหาความรุนแรงในครอบครัวมี ๒ อย่าง คือ (๑) ผลที่เกิดต่อตนเอง ทำให้ประสบความสุขความเจริญทั้งโลกนี้และโลกหน้า มีความเป็นอยู่โดยปราศจากเวรภัยและเป็นเหตุแห่งการบรรลุมรรคผลนิพพานในชาติปัจจุบัน (๒) ทำให้เกิดความเสมอภาคทั้งทางด้านสังคม เศรษฐกิจ และการศึกษา

Abstract: ABSTRACT From the viewpoints regarding the famklies in the Buddhist Seriptures, it is found that the establishment of the families in of two levels, namely:- 1) The beginning of the establishment of the families at the human beings first age, arises from the closing up which bring one to the state of being pleased with the sensual pleasure and then the family has arisen in orden. 2) The establishment of the families arises from the love and the close relation by with the power of the ancient action by with the man. The new action at present which arises from the intimation, the understanding one another, and the social context which is the belief, the custom and the eivigzation all of which are the fixations to cause the men and the women to get married to have the sons. From the state of being the families some families are of stong broblems of violence in the family which is the social effect. The violence in families is of two causes namely :- 1) It is of the causes from the bodily and the mind which are driven by the inside causes such as :-greed, hatred and delusion. 2) It is of the social structural factor such as : the patriarchal system and the caste system that are caused by the family violence resulting two outcomes : (1) the outcome arising to oneself such as the causes of self suffering both in this world and in the future world. It is the cause of doing bad actions both to oneself and to others. It is cause of the declination of Magga, Phala and Nibbana in the presenst birth.(2) the system of the structure of societies is that it causes the social inequality and the other effects to systems in societies such as the politics and the economics. There are two methods for solving the problems of violence in family, namly:- 1) The method of solving the problem of violence in the family both on bodily and mental sides. It is the way to behave onself to be in the precepts and the Dhammas and to develop ane’s mind with the method of thinking in the type of Buddhadhamma. 2) The methods solving the problem of cruelty in the family in the social structure are 3, as follow :- (1) On the social side, it is the resprnsibiltly for the family, the roles and the duties. (2) On the economic side, it is the refraiging from the wrong occupation, and the leading of the life which causes one to loose the money towerer one should carry out one’ s life honestly and with wisdom and with the principle of scarating for and spending the money. (3) On the side of education, it is to improve the knowledge, and to develop oneself. They are two results of the solution of the problems of the family violence, They are (1) the result arising to oneself which causes oneself to be happy and progressive both in this world in the next world. Thus, one can live happily without enmity and can attain the Path, the Fruit and Nibbana in the present life, (2) The solution of this problem causes to arise the equality, in society, ecomomics and education.
