Abstract:
The objective of this study was to study the performance effectiveness of the personnel of Phayao. Provincial Administration Organization. Data were collected to 180 samples through a questionnaire and analyzed by using descriptive statistics, frequency , percentage, mean and standard deviation. The findings about the performance effectiveness of the personnel in Provincial Administration Organization in overall was at moderate level considering each item, it was found that the highest level was the management factor followed by the financial and accounting factor while the personnel management was at lowest level.
