Abstract:
การศึกษาเรืองคุณลักษณะทีพึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในทรรศนะของครู สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิน จังหวัดภูเก็ต มีวัตถุประสงค์เพือศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบ คุณลักษณะทีพึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในทรรศนะของครูสังกัดองค์กรปกครอง ส่วน ท้องถิน จังหวัดภูเก็ต จำแนกตามภูมิหลังของครู ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ประสบการณ์การสอน ระดับ การศึกษา ขนาดของสถานศึกษา โดยใช้วิธีการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงสำรวจจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างทีเป็นครูผู้สอน สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิน จังหวัดภูเก็ต จำนวน 248 คน เครืองมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามทีผู้วิจัยสร้างขึน มีค่าความเชือมนั ตามวิธีของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .9663 การวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลใช้ค่า ความถี ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลีย ค่าเบียงเบนมาตรฐานทดสอบความแตกต่างด้วย ค่าสถิติ t-test การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ ตามวิธี ของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างซึงเป็นครูส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 77 มีอายุ 20-30 ปี ร้อยละ 42.30 การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ร้อยละ 89.10 ประสบการณ์ในการสอน 3-10 ปี ร้อยละ 61.10 และครูปฏิบัติงานในสถานศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ ร้อยละ 59.92 2) คุณลักษณะทีพึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในทรรศนะของครูสังกัดองค์กร องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิน จังหวัดภูเก็ต ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับพึงประสงค์มากทีสุด โดยมีคุณลักษณะ ด้านความรู้ความสามารถเป็ นอันดับหนึง รองลงมา คือ คุณลักษณะด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม คุณลักษณะด้านภาวะผู้นำ คุณลักษณะด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ และคุณลักษณะด้านบุคลิกภาพ 3) การเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะทีพึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในทรรศนะ ของครูสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิน จังหวัดภูเก็ต พบว่า ครูทีมีเพศอายุ ระดับการศึกษา ขนาดของ สถานศึกษาทีต่างกัน มีทรรศนะเกียวกับคุณลักษณะทีพึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวม ไม่แตกต่างกัน ครูทีมีประสบการณ์ต่างกัน มีทรรศนะเกียวกับคุณลักษณะทีพึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติทีระดับ .01 และเมือพิจารณาเป็ น รายด้าน พบว่า ครูทีมีเพศต่างกัน มีทรรศนะเกียวกับคุณลักษณะทีพึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษา ด้านภาวะผู้นำ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติทีระดับ .01 ครูทีมีประสบการณ์ ต่างกัน มีทรรศนะเกียวกับคุณลักษณะทีพึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ด้านภาวะผู้นำ ด้านความรู้ความสามารถ และด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที ระดับ .01 ครูทีปฏิบัติหน้าทีในสถานศึกษาขนาดต่างกัน มีทรรศนะเกียวกับคุณลักษณะทีพึงประสงค์ ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาด้านบุคลิกภาพ แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติทีระดับ .01 ส่วนด้าน อืนๆ มีทรรศนะทีไม่แตกต่างกัน The study about the desirable characteristics of school administrators in the opinion of Teachers under The Provincial Local Government Phuket. Aim to study and compare the desirable characteristics of school administrators in the opinion of Teachers under The Provincial Local Government of Phuket. It is classified by the teachers background include gender, age,teaching experience, education level, the school size. It uses by survey research method from the sample group of Teachers under The Provincial Local Government of Phuket 248 peple, Questionnaires conceded reliability test and .9663 of Cronbach's coefficient alpha were used to collect data. the percentage, the average, t-test, One-way ANOVA and Scheffe' were the instruments for analyzing data. The results of this research showed that : 1) The sample group, who is most of teachers are female 77 percents, aged 20-30 years, 42.30 percents, bachelors degree 89.10 percents, teaching experience 3-10 years 61.10 percents, and teachers in the large school 59.90 percents 2) The order of desirable characteristics of school administrators in the opinion of Teachers under The Provincial Local Government Phuket comprise the characteristics of knowledge and ability is the first and follow by the moral, the leadership, the human relationship and the personality characteristic. 3) Comparison of desirable characteristics of school administrators in the opinion of Teachers under The Provincial Local Government Phuket as follows the teachers are different gender, ages, education level, the school size the overall opinions about the desirable characteristics of school administrators is not different. The teachers are different experience have the opinions about the desirable characteristics of school administrators in the overall are statistically significant difference at the 0.01 level. When consider in the detail is found that. The teachers are different gender have the opinions about the desirable characteristics of school administrators about the leadership characteristics are statistically significant difference at the 0.01 level. The teachers are different experience have the opinions about the desirable characteristics of school administrators about the leadership, the knowledge and the moral characteristics are statistically significant difference at the 0.01 level. The teachers are different size of the schools have the opinions about the desirable characteristics of school administrators about the personality characteristics are statistically significant difference at the 0.01 level. The others that are not significantly different.
