Abstract:
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะ การจัดระบบสารสนเทศของโรงเรียนพะเยาพิทยาคม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพะเยา ประชากรที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 6 คน และครู 150 คน โรงเรียนพะเยาพิทยาคม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพะเยา ปีการศึกษา 2554 รวมทั้งสิ้น 156 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม เกี่ยวกับสภาพการจัดระบบสารสนเทศของโรงเรียนพะเยาพิทยาคม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ (frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (µ) และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (σ) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อสภาพการจัดระบบสารสนเทศของโรงเรียนพะเยาพิทยาคม ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายข้อพบว่า ขั้นตอนที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ได้แก่ ขั้นออกแบบระบบ รองลงมาได้แก่ ขั้นกำกับ ติดตามและประเมินผล และขั้นเตรียมการอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนขั้นตอนที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด ได้แก่ ขั้นปฏิบัติตามระบบอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) ปัญหาการจัดระบบสารสนเทศ มีดังนี้ สารสนเทศของโรงเรียนไม่เป็นปัจจุบัน ความต้องการให้บุคลากรเอาใจใส่ต่องานสารสนเทศที่ได้รับมอบหมาย การเก็บข้อมูลสารสนเทศมีความซ้ำซ้อน และบุคลากรขาดความรู้ในการจัดระบบสารสนเทศ 3) ข้อเสนอแนะการจัดระบบสารสนเทศ มีดังนี้ ควรจัดให้มีการศึกษาดูงานด้านการจัดระบบสารสนเทศ ควรมีการประชาสัมพันธ์ และแจ้งให้คณะครูทราบเกี่ยวกับความสำคัญ และวิธีการดำเนินการด้านการจัดระบบสารสนเทศ นอกจากนั้น ควรปรับปรุงเพิ่มเติมในส่วนของการสนับสนุนทั้งในส่วนขององค์ความรู้ และงบประมาณในการดำเนินงาน """
Abstract:
The purpose of this research were to study The conditions, problem and suggestion of the information management system in Phayaopittayakom school. Populations total amount 156, consists of 6 school administrators and 150 teachers. The research tools was questionnaire about the conditions and problems of the information management system in Phayaopittayakom school. The statistics which used for analyzing were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation. Research finding revealed as follow: 1) The level of opinion through the conditions of information management system in Phayaopittayakom school was in high level. When considerate in each steps found that system design procedure was in the highest mean and followed with conduct and evaluate system and prepare for system, in respectively. For the lowest mean was to take action the system that was in the moderate level. 2) Problems of the Information system management are school's information which wasnt up to date, poor of attention to the informational work assigned, collection of information was redundant, and lacked of knowledge about system management. 3) Suggestions for the information system management were School should provide some observations about information system management. School should promote and inform teachers about the importance and how to manage the information system, Moreover school should improve about knowledge supporting and operating budget. ""
