Abstract: การวิจัยเรื่อง ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกโรงเรียนของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนระดับก่อนประถมศึกษา โรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองพะเยา มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเลือกโรงเรียนของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนระดับก่อนประถมศึกษา โรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองพะเยา อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพะเยา ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน จำนวน 248 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.87 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกโรงเรียนของผู้ปกครองระดับก่อนประถมศึกษา โรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองพะเยา ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.07 เมื่อพิจารณา แต่ละด้านพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านบุคลากรมีค่าเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 4.26 รองลงมา ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านวิชาการ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.14 ปัจจัยด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ความปลอดภัย และบริการ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.13 ปัจจัยด้านชื่อเสียงของโรงเรียน มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.02 ปัจจัยด้านอาคารสถานที่และสภาพแวดล้อม มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.99 และปัจจัยด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.86 ตามลำดับ

Abstract: Selecting decision of pre-schools parents in pre-primary school under the municipal district, Phayao province. The sample were 248 of pre-schools parents. The research instrument was questionnaire about the affecting factors on the decision to the school selecting decision of pre-schools parents in pre-primarry school under the Municipal District Phayao Province. The collected data were analyzed through the application of percentage, mean and standard deviation. Affecting factors on the decision to the school selecting decision of pre-schools parents in pre-primary school under the Municipal District, Phayao Province. In whole and in the highest. The mean was 4.07. On each side of the mean respectively. The first one is human. The mean was 4.26. Second is technical. The mean was 4.14, third factor is the safety facilities and The mean was 4.13. The reputation of the school. The mean was 4.02. The building and its surroundings. The mean was 3.99. And the relationship between school and community. The mean was 3.86, respectively
