Abstract: การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้ เป็นการศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพของสถานศึกษา ในสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองพะเยา จังหวัดพะเยา มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองพะเยา จังหวัดพะเยา และเพื่อศึกษาปัญหา และข้อเสนอแนะของบุคลากรสถานศึกษาที่มีต่อการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพในสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองพะเยา จังหวัดพะเยา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ ใช้ในการศึกษาในครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหาร และครูในสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองพะเยา ซึ่งได้มาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้ตารางของ Krejcie และ Morgan ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 127 คน ได้รับเอกสารคืน จำนวน 127 ชุด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถาม การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง รวม 127 ฉบับ โดยผู้ศึกษาค้นคว้าได้ทำการเก็บข้อมูลด้วยตัวเอง ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมาทั้งหมด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป เพื่อหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าร้อยละ ""

Abstract: This study aimed to study problems of operation of health promoting schools of educational institution under Muang Municipal, Phayao. The purposes of this study were to investigate problems of operation of health promoting schools of educational institution under Muang Municipal, Phayao and to study problems and suggestions of educational institution staffs on operation of health promoting schools of educational institution under Muang Municipal, Phayao. The sample group of this study was the executives and the teachers of educational institution under Muang Municipal, Phayao. The size of the sample group was determined according to Krejcie and Morgan’s table. The sampling was 127 people. The instrument used in the study was a set of rating scale questionnaires. The collected data analyzed by average, standard deviation and percentage.
