Abstract: การศึกษาค้นคว้าด้วยตนเองเรื่อง 50 ปี แห่งความสำเร็จของบุคลากรกับการมีส่วนร่วมต่ออนาคตภาพทางการศึกษาในทศวรรษหน้าของโรงเรียนเชียงคำวิทยาคม อำเภอเชียงคำ จังหวัดพะเยานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความสำเร็จของบุคลากรจากการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนเชียงคำวิทยาคมในระยะเวลา 50 ปี 2) เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรที่ประสบความสำเร็จต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนเชียงคำวิทยาคม และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการของบุคลากรที่ประสบความสำเร็จต่ออนาคตภาพทางการศึกษาในทศวรรษหน้า การศึกษาค้นคว้าในครั้งนี้ใช้ระเบียบการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative research) กลุ่มประชากรประกอบด้วย อดีตผู้บริหารที่ดำรงตำแหน่งผู้อำนวยการ อดีตรองผู้อำนวยการ จำนวน 5 คน ผู้บริหารปัจจุบันที่ดำรงตำแหน่งผู้อำนวยการ รองผู้อำนวยการ ประธานคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน นายกสมาคมศิษย์เก่าโรงเรียนเชียงคำวิทยาคม จำนวน 4 คน บุคลากรที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากโรงเรียนเชียงคำวิทยาคม จำนวน 6 คน และนักเรียนปัจจุบัน จำนวน 5 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง และทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยวิธีวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา (Content analysis) ""

Abstract: The Purposes of 50 Years of Achievement of Personnel’ Participation Towards Future Education in Coming Decade of Chiangkham Wittayakom School, Chiangkham Phayao. are as follows: 1) To study the personnel’s achievement from the education management of Chiangkhamwittayakhom school in the past 50 years. 2) To study the succeeded participations of the personnel towards the education management of Chiangkhamwittayakhom school.and 3) To study the needs of achieving personnel towards the future of education in the coming decade. This study was conducted by using qualitative research methodology. The populations of the study were 20 persons; 5 persons from ex-administrators including ex-directors and ex director assistants, 4 persons from present director, present director assistants, the chairman of school’s committee, the president of the school alumni association, 6 persons from the school alumni, and 5 persons from present students. The tools of this study were in-depth interview and semi structured interview. The data obtained were analyzed by using Content Analysis methodology. "
