Abstract:
This research aimed to study and compare the levels of peoples confidence on census registration service. The population of this research was 1,020 clients who came to receive the census registration service at Muaklek Subdistrict Municipality, Muaklek District, Saraburi Province. The samples were 120 people drawn from these 1,020 clients who received the service from January 1, 2011 to February 28, 2011. They were selected by using the Yamane formula. Statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test and One way Anova.
The results of the study were as follows:
Most samples were female, aged between 29-40 years old, married, had high school education, had trading related occupations, had monthly income less than 10,000 baht, and contacted the municipity to receive the migration service. Over all, people had a high level of confidence towards the census registration service. In hypothesis testing, it was found that people who had different gender, ages, marital status, educational levels, monthly income, and came to receive different kinds of services, did not have different level of confidence.
