Abstract:
The purpose of Independent Study were as follows: 1) To study the efficiency administration of Maesuk Sub district Administrative Organization Maechai District Phayao Province. 2) To compare population opinion on the effective administration with gender, age and education differences.3) To study the suggestions about the problems and resolve problems the efficiency administration of Maesuk Sub district Administrative Organization Maechai District Phayao Province. The population of the study who were the elections of 4,339 populations, aged more than 18 years. The questionnaires were used for collecting data. The descriptive statistics used in analyzing data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and f-test. If the difference was statistically significant difference in the average earnings by means of the LSD (Least-Significant Different) by presented in tabular form of presentation. The results of this study were as follows: 1) The Efficiency Administration of Maesuk Sub district Administrative Organization Maechai District Phayao Province, also included 4 fields were rated at moderate level. In each field divided as follows arrange from the most to the least such as mechanic administration, public health and environment administration, general administration, finance administration were rated at moderate level. 2) The results of hypothesis were that population of different age and education with the efficiency administration of Maesuk Sub district Administrative Organization, also included were 4 different fields. The population of different gender with the efficiency administration of Maesuk Sub district Administrative Organization, also included were 4 fields, no difference which does not conform to the assumptions set statistically significant at the 0.05 level. 3) The problem of the respondents found that: 1) Administrators didnt attach importance to the community problem. 2) Public relations activities of Maesuk Sub district Administrative Organization was not thorough, cause was unknown to the Maesuk Sub district Administrative Organization activities 3) The employees were not working properly with a female (the male workers to the disaster relief and community development cause flexible approach to work and community). 4) The tax issue was to move no continuity and not all of the village. 5) Disbursement of budget to the village later cause the problem has been solved by the delay. 6) Mechanics didnt survey of the road damage or public buildings in the district. 7) Road damage has been fixed delay. 8) Garbage disposal of household has been improper. 9) No monitoring of communicable diseases into the community, such as the Child Development Center. 4) The solutions of the respondents found that 1) Administrators, members of Sub district Administrative Organization should be congress more proactive in the community to listen to problems and suggestions for administration. 2) Should be publicize through the media in the district more. 3) Should be selected the authorities to be able to meet the standards and the position based on qualifications. 4) Should be excise the tax moving all the villages on a regular basis. 5) Accelerate the process of disbursement of budget to the village to fast. 6) Mechanics should have been explored the construction on a regular basis. 7) Expedite the repair immediately. 8) Train and campaign to help maintain a clean household and garbage disposal properly 9) The authorities should take care of and surveillance with Health Promoting Hospitals regularly.
