Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาบทเรียนสำเร็จรูปแบบสาขา กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่อง ร่างกายมนุษย์ ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่อง ร่างกายมนุษย์ ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนด้วยบทเรียนสำเร็จรูป กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ คือนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียน บ้านกุดน้ำกิน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอำนาจเจริญ ที่กำลังเรียนในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 255 จำนวน 34 คน ได้มาโดยวิธี สุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วยบทเรียนสำเร็จรูปแบบสาขา จำนวน 6 เล่ม และแบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน จำนวน 40 ข้อ มีค่าความยากง่ายตั้งแต่ .30 - 0.80 และค่าอำนาจจำแนก ตั้งแต่ .23 - 0.69 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .83 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่า t ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. บทเรียนสำเร็จรูปแบบสาขา กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่อง ร่างกายมนุษย์ ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 มีประสิทธิภาพ 84.07/83.23 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์มาตรฐานที่ตั้งไว้ 80/80 2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนด้วยบทเรียนสำเร็จรูปหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 The purposes of this research were to develop the branching programmed instruction in Science Strand on the topic of the human body Prathom Suksa 6 Level, based on the efficiency criteria of 80/80 and to compare the pupils’ achievement before and after using the programmed instruction. The sample used in the study consisted of 34 Prathom Suksa 6 students of Bankudnamkin School, under Amnatcharoen Educational Service Area Office in the academic year 2011. The sample gained by simple random sampling technique. The research tools were the 6 sets of branching programmed instruction and the achievement test with 40 items. The difficulty indices ranged from .30 to .80, the discrimination indices ranged from .23 to .69, and the reliability value was .83. The collected data were analyzed by mean, percentage, standard deviation, and t-test. The research findings were as follows : 1. The programmed instruction was efficient since it was were found to here the efficiency criteria of 84.07/83.23 which exceeded than criteria of 80/80. 2. The pupils’ learning achievement after using the programmed Instruction was statistically higher than that before using it at the .01 level.
