Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับสภาพ ปัญหาการใช้ สารสนเทศในการประกันคุณภาพ สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูที่ทำหน้าที่ดูแลระบบสารสนเทศ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 5 เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับสภาพ ปัญหาการใช้สารสนเทศในการประกันคุณภาพ สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำแนกตาม ตำแหน่งหน้าที่รับผิดชอบ และขนาดของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 158 คน และครูที่ทำหน้าที่ดูและระบบสารสนเทศ 158 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิอย่างเป็นสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ที่ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างขึ้นซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า t และการทดสอบค่า F ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สถานศึกษามีสภาพการใช้สารสนเทศในการประกันคุณภาพ สถานศึกษา ขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ มาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายขั้นตอน พบว่า สภาพการใช้สารสนเทศในการประกันคุณภาพ สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน อยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้ง 6 ขั้นตอน ขั้นการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ขั้นการตรวจสอบข้อมูล ขั้นการประมวลผลข้อมูล ขั้นการจัดเก็บข้อมูลสารสนเทศ ขั้นการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสารสนเทศ และขั้นการนำข้อมูลสารสนเทศไปใช้ 2. สถานศึกษามีปัญหาการใช้สารสนเทศในการประกันคุณภาพ สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายขั้นตอน พบว่า ปัญหาการใช้สารสนเทศในการประกันคุณภาพ สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน มีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง 4 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ขั้นการตรวจสอบข้อมูล ขั้นการจัดเก็บข้อมูลสารสนเทศ และขั้นการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสารสนเทศ อยู่ในระดับน้อย 2 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นการประมวลผลข้อมูลและขั้นการนำข้อมูลสารสนเทศไปใช้ 3. ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูที่มีหน้าที่ดูแลระบบสารสนเทศมีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพ ปัญหาการใช้สารสนเทศในการประกันคุณภาพ สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ไม่แตกต่างกัน 4. ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูที่มีหน้าที่ดูแลระบบสารสนเทศที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถานศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ ขนาดกลางและขนาดเล็ก มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพ ปัญหาการใช้สารสนเทศในการประกันคุณภาพ สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ไม่แตกต่างกัน The objectives of this study were to 1) investigate the state and problems of using information in quality assurance of the schools under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 5 in view of the school administrators and teachers working for schools under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 5 and 2) compare the opinions toward the state and problems of using information in quality assurance of the schools of the school administrators and teachers working for schools under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 5 on the basis of position and school size. The samples included 158 school administrators and 158 teachers who were responsible for school information system. They were selected by means of the stratified random sample method. A 5-point rating scale survey questionnaire yielding the overall reliability of.97 was used in data collection. The statistics including percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test were used in data analysis. The research findings were as follows: 1. The schools were found to be using information in quality assurance of the schools at a high level. Looking at individual aspects, six stages of the use of information in quality assurance of the schools were found: data collection, data inspection, data processing, data storage, data analysis, and data application stages. 2. The schools were found to having the problems in using information in quality assurance of the schools at a moderate level. For individual aspects, four aspects of using information in quality assurance of the schools were found to be problematic at a moderate level: data collection, data inspection, data storage, and data analysis. The remaining aspects involving data processing and data application stages were found at a low level. 3. The school administrators and teachers who were responsible for school information system were not found to view the state and problems of using information in quality assurance of the schools differently at a significant level. 4. The school administrators and teachers responsible for school information system and working in schools with different size were not found to view the state and problems of using information in quality assurance of the schools differently at a significant level.
