Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อสร้างชุดฝึกอบรมเรื่อง การจัดการเรียนรู้แบบโครงงานกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์ สำหรับข้าราชการครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 4 2) เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพของชุดฝึกอบรมให้ได้ตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน (80/80) และ3) เพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจของการใช้ชุดฝึกอบรมที่สร้างขึ้น ในการสร้างชุดฝึกอบรมในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีการทดลอง 3 ขั้นตอน คือ ทดลองใช้กับครูราย บุคคล จำนวน 1 คน ทดลองใช้กับกลุ่มย่อย จำนวน 10 คน และทดลองใช้ในภาคสนาม 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการฝึกอบรมได้แก่ ชุดฝึกอบรมด้วยตนเอง จำนวน 6 เล่ม ประกอบด้วย เล่มที่ 1 ความรู้เกี่ยวกับ ความหมายของการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบโครงงานคณิตศาสตร์ เล่มที่ 2 ความรู้เกี่ยวกับ ความสำคัญของการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบโครงงานคณิตศาสตร์ เล่มที่ 3 ความรู้เกี่ยวกับจุดมุ่งหมายของการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบโครงงานคณิตศาสตร์ เล่มที่ 4 ความรู้เกี่ยวกับประเภทของโครงงานคณิตศาสตร์ เล่มที่ 5 ความรู้เกี่ยวกับเทคนิคและยุทธวิธีในการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบโครงงานคณิตศาสตร์ เล่มที่ 6 ความรู้เกี่ยวกับวิธีการ เครื่องมือ การประเมินผล การจัดการเรียนรู้แบบโครงงานคณิตศาสตร์ และแบบทดสอบประเภทเลือกตอบ ชนิด 4 ตัวเลือก มีค่าความยากง่ายระหว่าง 0.46-0.80 และ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.40 - 0.80 จำนวน 60 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.83 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ได้ชุดฝึกอบรมที่มีประสิทธิภาพ 6 เล่ม พร้อมด้วยแบบทดสอบก่อนการฝึกอบรม และแบบทดสอบหลังการฝึกอบรม จำนวน 2 ฉบับ 2. ประสิทธิภาพของชุดฝึกอบรมด้วยตนเอง เรื่อง การจัดการเรียนรู้แบบโครงงานคณิตศาสตร์ สำหรับข้าราชการครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 4 ที่สร้างและพัฒนาขึ้นทั้ง 6 เล่ม มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานที่กำหนด คือ 80/80 โดยมีประสิทธิภาพ 82.10/82.05 3. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ของผู้ศึกษาชุดฝึกอบรม มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 The objectives of this study were to 1) create the self-training package concerning mathematic work project learning provision for government teachers under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Educational Service Area 4 2) assess the effectiveness of the create the self-training package concerning mathematic work project learning provision to meet the standardized criterion of 80/80 percent and 3) measure the achievement of cognitive ability in terms of knowledge and understanding about the use of created self-training package. Three-staged experiment was employed in the creation of the self-training package: an experiment with an individual stage, with a 10-people-group, and in field experiment with 30 people. The instrument used in the training consisted of 6 booklets: Book 1 concerning knowledge covering meanings of mathematic work project learning ; Book 2 containing knowledge of the importance of mathematic work project learning, Book 3 consisting of knowledge of objectives of mathematic work project learning Book 4 including knowledge of types of mathematic work project learning; Book 5 involving knowledge of techniques and strategies in providing work project learning; and Book 6 including knowledge of methods tools and evaluation of providing mathematic work project learning. A 4-multiple choice with 60 question items test of which difficulty level ranging between 0.46 to 0.80 discriminatory power of 0.40 to 0.80, and the overall reliability of 0.83 was also utilized in the training. The research findings were as follows: 1. An effective package of 6 booklets for self-training of the government teachers under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Educational Service Area 4 were created including the pre-test and post-test of the training. 2. The effectiveness of the created package for self-training of the government teachers under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Educational Service Area 4 was found to be at 82.10/82.05 percent which met the standardized criterion set up by 80/80 percent. 3. The learning achievement of the trainees after the use of the self-training package was found to be different from that of before using of package at the level of .01 of significance.
