Abstract:
The research was aimed to study 1) the methods of financial management, personnel
management, material management and managerial system of Para Rubber Co-operative Group in
Huangnamkhaw Sub-district, Muang District, Trat province. 2) to study the proposed guidelines
for the implementation of Para Rubber Co-operative Group in Huangnamkaw Sub-district,
Muang District, Trat province. The population of this study was 224 people who are
administrators and co-operative members. The research tool was a questionnaire. The statistics
used to analyze the data were mean, the average score (Mean), the standard deviation (S.D.), t-test,
F-test, and the analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA). The results were as follows : 1) female
and male members are farmers with the age over 35 years old who have no undergraduate degree
of education, the monthly income of 10,000 to 50,000 baht, and the 10-20 acres of the 15-to-20
year-old rubber plantations. They have no workers in their rubber plantations with the investment
support from the Rubber Replanting Aid Fund. 2) the overall result of the Para Rubber
Co-operative Groups management was at the high level. 3) the hypothesis testing on the
comparison of problems and needs of administrators and co-operative members classified by the
different factors of gender, age, occupation, and monthly income were studied. It was found out
that there are no different opininons towards the managerment system. There are only 3
assumptions : the educational level, the size of rubber plantations, and the length of rubber
cultivation showing the statistical and significant difference at .05 level. 4) the guidelines for
management imblementation for Para Rubber Co-operative Group of Huangnamkhaw
Sub-district in Trat were suggested in this study as well. The suggestions were good and
impressive services, the members need satisfaction, the fair business for all members to have the
faith in the co-operative group, and the particiapation from all co-operative members in order to
have a successful and growing agricultural co-operative group.
