Abstract:
การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาการส่งเสริมงานกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนบ้านลูโบ๊ะปันยัง อำเภอกาบัง จังหวัดยะลา ในระดับควรปฏิบัติ และระดับปฏิบัติจริง ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครู และนักเรียน (2)เพื่อรวมรวมปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการส่งเสริมงานกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนบ้านลูโบ๊ะปันยัง อำเภอกาบัง จังหวัดยะลา ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครู และ (3) เพื่อรวมรวมปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการส่งเสริมงานกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนบ้านลูโบ๊ะปันยัง อำเภอกาบัง จังหวัดยะลา ตามความคิดเห็นของนักเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้เป็นผู้บริหาร ครูและนักเรียนของโรงเรียนบ้านลูโบ๊ะปันยัง อำเภอกาบัง จังหวัดยะลาจำนวน 199 คน ในปีการศึกษา 2554 เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมี 2 ตอนคือ ตอนที่ 1 แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมงานกิจการนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านลูโบ๊ะปันยัง ตอนที่ 2 ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมงานกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนบ้านลูโบ๊ะปันยัง อำเภอกาบัง จังหวัดยะลา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป และสถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
1. การส่งเสริมงานกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนบ้านลูโบ๊ะปันยัง อำเภอกาบัง จังหวัดยะลา ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครู พบว่า ภาพรวม ควรปฏิบัติ อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนการปฏิบัติจริง อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนความคิดเห็นของนักเรียน พบว่า ภาพรวม ควรปฏิบัติ อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนการปฏิบัติจริง อยู่ในระดับปานกลางเช่นเดียวกัน
2. ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการส่งเสริมงานกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนบ้านลูโบ๊ะปันยัง อำเภอกาบัง จังหวัดยะลา ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครู แยกเป็นด้านโดยนำความถี่สูงสุดมาแสดง ได้ดังนี้ ด้านระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ปัญหา คือขาดการติดตามดูแลนักเรียนอย่างทั่วถึง ข้อเสนอแนะ คือควรมีการประชุมชี้แจงเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ด้านกิจกรรมนักเรียน ปัญหา คือนักเรียนขาดวินัยและความรับผิดชอบในตนเองทำให้ทำกิจกรรมไม่สำเร็จ ข้อเสนอแนะ คือควรฝึกให้นักเรียนมีความเป็นผู้นำด้านงานสุขภาพอนามัยนักเรียน ปัญหา คือการให้บริการยังไม่ทั่วถึงและไม่ต่อเนื่อง ข้อเสนอแนะ คือควรมีความชัดเจนของแผนในด้านกำหนดการและระยะเวลาในการดำเนินงาน ด้านงานวินัยนักเรียนปัญหา คือกฎ ระเบียบและบทลงโทษยังไม่ชัดเจน ข้อเสนอแนะ คือครูและคณะกรรมการนักเรียนควรช่วยกันสอดส่องดูแลพฤติกรรมของนักเรียนอย่างสม่ำเสมอ และด้านงานสภานักเรียน ปัญหา คือ คณะกรรมการนักเรียนขาดความรับผิดชอบ ข้อเสนอแนะ คือ ควรฝึกอบรมการเป็นผู้นำให้กับคณะกรรมการนักเรียน
3. ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการส่งเสริมงานกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนบ้านลูโบ๊ะปันยัง อำเภอกาบัง จังหวัดยะลา ตามความคิดเห็นของนักเรียน แยกเป็นด้านโดยนำความถี่สูงสุดมาแสดง ได้ดังนี้ ด้านระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ปัญหา คือขาดการติดตามดูแลนักเรียนอย่างต่อเนื่องและทั่วถึง ข้อเสนอแนะ คือควรติดตามดูแลนักเรียนอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทั่วถึงและเท่าเทียมกัน ด้านกิจกรรมนักเรียน ปัญหา คือนักเรียนขาดการให้ความร่วมมือและความสามัคคีในการร่วมกิจกรรม ข้อเสนอแนะ คือควรส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนมีส่วนร่วม โดยมีกิจกรรมที่หลากหลายเพื่อดึงดูดความสนใจของนักเรียน ด้านงานสุขภาพอนามัยนักเรียน ปัญหา คือการให้บริการยังไม่ทั่วถึงและไม่ต่อเนื่อง ข้อเสนอแนะ คือควรมีเจ้าหน้าที่คอยดูแลและให้บริการอย่างต่อเนื่อง ด้านงานวินัยนักเรียนปัญหา คือนักเรียนขาดความรับผิดชอบขาดระเบียบวินัยในตนเอง ข้อเสนอแนะ คือควรมีการอบรมด้านวินัยและมารยาทให้แก่นักเรียน และด้านงานสภานักเรียน ปัญหา คือ นักเรียนขาดความสามัคคีในการทำงาน ข้อเสนอแนะ คือควรปลูกฝังความสามัคคีให้นักเรียน
The objectives of this independent research were 1) to study student affairs promotion of Ban Lubopanyung School in Amphoe Gabang, Yala province, in appropriate operation level and actual operation level according to the opinions of administrators, teachers, and students, (2) to compile problems and suggestions in student affairs promotion of Ban Lubopanyung School in Amphoe Gabang, Yala province, according to administrators and teachers opinions, and (3) to compile problems and suggestions in student affairs promotion of Ban Lubopanyung School in Amphoe Gabang, Yala province, according to students opinions. The sample group of this study consisted of 199 administrators, teachers, and students, academic year 2010, of Ban Lubopanyung School in Amphoe Gabang, Yala province. The instrument employed was a two-sectioned questionnaire of which first section questioned about student affairs promotion of Ban Lubopanyung School, while section two questioned about problems and suggestions in student affairs promotional operations of Ban Lubopanyung School in Amphoe Gabang, Yala province. Data analysis was conducted using a software package with statistics of percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The research results were found as follows.
1. In overall view, the appropriate operation level for student affairs promotion of Ban Lubopanyung School in Amphoe Gabang, Yala province, in opinions of administrators and teachers, was found high while actual operation level was found medium. Similarly, in overall view of students opinions, the appropriate operation level was high and actual operation level was medium.
2. For problems and suggestions in student affairs promotion of Ban Lubopanyung School in Amphoe Gabang, Yala province in opinions of administrators and teachers, when classified by aspects with highest outstanding frequencies, it represented that: aspect of student supporting system, the problem was the lack of thoroughly monitoring and follow-up, which was suggested that briefing meeting on tasks of student supporting system should be held; aspect of student activity, the problem was students indiscipline and personal responsibilities which led to failure in doing activities, which student leadership training was suggested; aspect of student health service, the problem was servicing undone in an inclusive and continual manner, of which suggestion was that job schedule and operation duration should be clarified; aspect of student discipline task, the problem was unclearness of regulations and penalties, of which suggestion was constant observance and monitor be collaboratively performed by teachers and student committee members; and, aspect of student council task, the problem was irresponsibility of student council members which leadership training session was suggested.
3. For problems and suggestions in student affairs promotion of Ban Lubopanyung School in Amphoe Gabang, Yala province in opinions of students, when classified by aspects with highest outstanding frequencies, it represented that: aspect of student supporting system, the problem was the lack of thoroughly monitoring and follow-up students which was suggested that monitoring and follow-up should be continually, thoroughly, and equally performed; aspect of student activity, the problem was the lack of students cooperation and unity in joining activities, which was suggested that there should be varieties of activities so as to attract students interest together with encouragement for their participation; aspect of student health service, the problem was servicing undone in an inclusive and continual manner, of which suggestion was that care taking and servicing staff should be regularly assigned; aspect of student discipline task, the problem was students personal indiscipline and irresponsibility, which training session on disciplines and manners was suggested; and, aspect of student council task, the problem was the lack of working unity of students council members and the suggestion was that the traits of unity should be implanted in the students.
