Nevertheless, for the projects that required support from other institutes comprise of 3 projects which are: 1) the observe activities on natural resources and environmental management project; 2) the project on providing activities under Tapee river conservation campaign; 3) the creation of Tapee River Conservative Demonstration Center project. The results from knowledge evaluation and attitude toward participation found that community committee have gained knowledge as well as their attitude toward participation after the training much higher than before the training, with statistical significant level of .05 Therefore, need to provide sufficient knowledge and understanding to the community regularly in term of Tapee river conservation, especially for local people to have a better understanding and knowledge and positive attitude toward Tapee river conservation. Consequently, increase the level of participation within community, and empower the community to complete the project/plan as expected as well as strengthen its community. Finally, additional study should be performed in order to have much clearer view on many other forms of participation, and a better version of development process could be obtained, which tend to be more adaptable for that particular area. And perform a research on the evaluation, so community committee will be able improve their skills on participation in planning process, building their own knowledge and understanding and awareness, participate in activities under different campaigns and public relations, and joining with thinking and decision making processes.
