การศึกษาอัตราการเกิด อัตราการคัดแยก อัตราการทิ้ง และองค์ประกอบของมูลฝอยชุมชนในเขตเทศบาลตำบลกาญจนดิษฐ์ จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับความรู้ความเข้าใจเรื่องมูลฝอยและการคัดแยกมูลฝอยชุมชนในเขตเทศบาลตำบลกาญจนดิษฐ์ จังหวัด สุราษฎร์ธานี 2) หาอัตราการเกิด อัตราการคัดแยก อัตราการทิ้ง และองค์ประกอบของมูลฝอยชุมชนในเขตเทศบาลตำบลกาญจนดิษฐ์ จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษา คือ หลังคาเรือนที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตเทศบาลตำบลกาญจนดิษฐ์ จำนวน 360 หลังคาเรือน วิธีการศึกษาใช้แบบสอบถามเพื่อวัดระดับความรู้ความเข้าใจเรื่องมูลฝอยและการคัดแยกมูลฝอยชุมชน การศึกษาอัตราการเกิด การคัดแยกและองค์ประกอบของมูลฝอยชุมชนใช้การสำรวจปริมาณมูลฝอย โดยการแจกถุงใส่มูลฝอยสีเขียว สีเหลือง และสีแดง เพื่อใส่มูลฝอยของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เกิดขึ้นจากกิจกรรมภายในหลังคาเรือนในระยะเวลา 24 ชั่วโมงหรือ 1 วัน และการศึกษาอัตราการทิ้งใช้ข้อมูลทุติยภูมิของเทศบาลตำบลกาญจนดิษฐ์ระหว่างเดือนกรกฎาคม - ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2551 ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ระดับความรู้เรื่องมูลฝอยและการคัดแยกมูลฝอยส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้ในระดับสูง ร้อยละ 77.20 อัตราการเกิดมูลฝอยชุมชน 0.55 กิโลกรัม/คน/วัน อัตราการคัดแยกมูลฝอยเปียก มูลฝอยแห้ง และมูลฝอยอันตราย 0.30 0.20 และ 0.05 กิโลกรัม/คน/วัน ตามลำดับ ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง ในการคัดแยกมูลฝอยชุมชนส่วนใหญ่มีการคัดแยกมูลฝอยเปียกถูกต้อง ร้อยละ 78.61 การคัดแยกมูลฝอยแห้งส่วนใหญ่คัดแยกถูกต้อง ร้อยละ 78.33 การคัดแยกมูลฝอยอันตรายส่วนใหญ่คัดแยกถูกต้อง ร้อยละ 77.50 อัตราการทิ้งมูลฝอยชุมชน 0.45 กิโลกรัม/คน/วัน และองค์ประกอบของ มูลฝอยชุมชนส่วนใหญ่เป็นผักและเศษอาหาร ร้อยละ 41.64
Abstract:
The purposes of the study of littering, segregation and disposal rate and the composition of household waste in Kanchanadit Municipality, Surat Thani Province are 1) to study the understanding level of household waste and waste segregation of People in Kanchanadit Municipality, Surat Thani Province. 2) to study the littering segregation and disposal rate and the composition of household waste in Kanchanadit Municipality, Surat Thani Province. The research sample group are 360 residences in Kanchanadit Municipality. There are different ways for research methodology. Questionnaire is used to measure the level of understanding of household waste and segregation. Regarding to the littering rate, segregation and the composition of household waste, the research data is from the examination of household waste collection in 24-hours activities by provided green, yellow and red garbage bag to selected research samples. Secondary data from July to October 2008 are relevant to the discharge rate of Kanchanadit Municipality which is colleted to reflect the discharge rate in this research. The key research results are found that the knowledge level of household waste and segregation are mainly high as the percentage of 77.20, littering rate at 0.55 kg/person/day, segregation rate of wet waste, dry waste and dangerous waste at 0.30, 0.20 and 0.05 kg/person/day, respectively. Regarding to the analysis of correct segregation of household waste, there are 78.61, 78.33 and 77.50 percentage of wet, dry and dangerous household waste, respectively. Disposal rate at 0.45 kg/person/day. The composition of household waste mostly is vegetables and food scraps.
