Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลอง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ ช่วยสอนบนเว็บ 2) เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพของบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนบนเว็บ 3) เพื่อ เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนและ 4) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของ ผู้เรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนด้วยบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนบนเว็บ เรื่องคอมพิวเตอร์รายวิชาเทคโนโลยี สารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนเบ็ญจะมะมหาราช กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการ วิจัยครั้งนี้คือนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4/4-5 จำนวน 50 คน โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนบนเว็บ แบบทดสอบและแบบสอบถาม ความพึงพอใจ จากนั้นเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลที่ได้จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้เรียนมาวิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติการหา ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ทดสอบประสิทธิภาพโดยใช้สูตรเมกุยแกนส์และวัด ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนโดยใช้ Dependent t-test จากผลสามารถสรุปได้ว่าประสิทธิภาพโดยรวมของบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนบนเว็บ เรื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ รายวิชาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียน เบ็ญจะมะมหาราชมีค่าเท่ากับ 1.14 ซึ่งได้ค่าที่สูงกว่าสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ นอกจากนี้คะแนนที่ได้รับจาก การทำแบบทดสอบหลังเรียนสูงกว่าการทำแบบทดสอบก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และนักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract: This research is an experimental research. The purposes of this research were 1) to develop a Web-based Instruction on the Information Technology and Communication Course for the 10th Grade Students of Benchamamaharat School 2) to evaluate the efficiency of developed WBI 3) to compare the students’ learning achievement scores obtained from the pretest and posttest and 4) to evaluate the satisfaction of the students after learning with the developed WBI. The sample included fifty students who studied in the 10^th grade of the Benchamamaharat School. They were selected by purposive sampling technique. Tools used in this research are as follows: the WBI, Satisfaction questionnaire, Tests (pretest/posttest). The data obtained from the experts and students were collected and analyzed using the statistics as follows :The statistic formula used in this study are mean (average) and the standard deviation (S.D.) , Meguigans’ formula used to evaluate the efficiency of the WBI , and finally, dependent t-test used to compare the students’ learning achievement (pretest and posttest.) The results of this research showed that the efficiency of WBI was 1.14 based on Meguigans’ Standard. The mean of posttest was significantly higher than pretest, at the statistic level .05. Finally, the students’ satisfaction was at the level of high.
