Abstract:
This thesis aimed to study the level of organizational commitment of the factors employees
and the way they adjusted themselves in their workplaces. Specifically in the context that related
to the organizational commitment. The 54 population came from the Sakol Beverage Ltd., While
the 238 samples worked for the Thai Pure Drinks Ltd. were randomly chosen by the method of
proportional stratified random sampling, according to job position. This research was conducted
by using questionnaires, asking several questions about personal information, a 29-item
questionnaires on adaptation in the workplace and a 10-item questionnaires about organizational
commitment. The reliability coefficients of adaptation in the workplaces and organizational
commitment questionnaire were 0.97 and 0.86. The statistical tools used included percentage,
mean, standard deviation, Pearsons Chi-square and Cramers V. The conclusion of this research
was that the majority of the employees possessed a high level of organizational commitment at
the level of significance of 0.05. The researcher found there was a correlation between
employees overall adaptation , their handling emergencies and learning of work tasks. The
other adaptabilities such as ability to deal with uncertain work situations, ability to solve
problems creatively, ability to demonstrating interpersonal adaptability, ability to demonstrating
cultural adaptability, ability to demonstrating physically oriented adaptability and ability to
handle work stress were insignificiantly relation showed no link with employees organizational
commitment
