Abstract: งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงสำรวจมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับระดับความ กดดันและระดับความเครียด รวมถึงศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างระดับความกดดันและระดับ ความเครียดประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ข้าราชการครูใน อ.ตะกั่วป่า จ.พังงา จำนวน 24 โรงเรียนรวมทั้งสิ้น 336 คน โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากทุกหน่วยประชากร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ แบบสอบถาม โดยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความกดดัน มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .93 และ แบบสอบถามระดับความเครียดมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .96 ในการวิจัยและสถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมติฐานใช้ Chi-square test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลได้แก่ เงินเดือน ประสบการณ์ และสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ กับความกดดันของข้าราชการครูอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 ส่วนปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ อายุ และประสบการณ์มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อระดับความเครียดของข้าราชการครูอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ .05 ความกดดัน ได้แก่ ด้านลักษณะงานที่รับผิดชอบ ด้านนโยบายการบริหารกฎระเบียบต่าง ๆ ด้านอัตราเงินเดือนและสวัสดิการต่าง ๆ ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างข้าราชการครูกับเพื่อนร่วมงาน ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างครูกับนักเรียน ด้านความสัมพันธ์ครูกับผู้ปกครองนักเรียนและ ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างข้าราชการครูกับผู้บริหาร มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อระดับความเครียด ของข้าราชการครูครูอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05

Abstract: The purpose of this survey research was to investigate the relationship of factor on a level of pressure and a level of stress. This study includes the relationship between a level of pressure and a level of stress. The populations in this study were 366 Government teachers from 24 schools in Amphur Takuapa, Pang-nga. A questionnaire used in this study includes the pressure level with reliability of .93 and the stress level with reliability of .96. The statistic used in this study includes frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation. Hypotheses were tested by Chi-square test. The findings were as follow: some personality factors about salary, experience and school had a relationship with a pressure level of government teachers at .05 significant level. Some personality factors about age and experience had a relationship with a stress level of government teachers at .05 significant level. Some pressure factors about a work responsibility, work policy, salary, relationship between the teachers colleagues, relationship between the teachers and students, relationship between the teachers and students’ parents and relationship between the teachers and the executives had a relationship with a stress level of government teachers at .05 significant level.
