Abstract:
The purpose of this survey research was to investigate the relationship of factor on a level
of pressure and a level of stress. This study includes the relationship between a level of pressure
and a level of stress. The populations in this study were 366 Government teachers from 24
schools in Amphur Takuapa, Pang-nga. A questionnaire used in this study includes the pressure
level with reliability of .93 and the stress level with reliability of .96. The statistic used in this
study includes frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation. Hypotheses were
tested by Chi-square test. The findings were as follow: some personality factors about salary,
experience and school had a relationship with a pressure level of government teachers at .05
significant level. Some personality factors about age and experience had a relationship with
a stress level of government teachers at .05 significant level. Some pressure factors about a work
responsibility, work policy, salary, relationship between the teachers colleagues, relationship
between the teachers and students, relationship between the teachers and students parents and
relationship between the teachers and the executives had a relationship with a stress level of
government teachers at .05 significant level.
