Abstract:
The purposes of this research were 1.) develop effectiveness indicators of the border patrol police HkurutayatL project 2.) to validate model effectiveness of the border patrol police HkurutayatL role indicators instruction based on theoretical concept and empirical data. The participants of this research were 285 police teachers kurutayat one distance and have been trained form1st to 5th graduates. The research variable were indicators effectiveness of the border patrol police HkurutayatL project. The research tool were in-depth interview with expert and questionnaires. Data were analyed using descriptive statistics (e.g., means, S.D., C.V., skewness, kurtossis) and Pearsons correlation by employing SPSS. Analyed using second order confirmatory factor analysis by LISREL. The research results were as follows 1. Effectiveness of the border patrol police HkurutayatL project comprises three components including 1) to effectiveness input were 7 indicators 2.) to effectiveness process were 2 indicators 3.) to effectiveness output were 5 indicators 2. The result of second order confirmatory factor analysis of the model of the effectiveness of the border patrol police HkurutayatL project instruction were found that model was fitted with empirical data (Chi u square = 35.266, p = 0.823 ,df = 44, GFI= .983 AGFI= .958 RMR = 0.025). Standard score factor loading effectiveness of the border patrol police HkurutayatL project in three factors were positive, size were form 0.755-0.987 which had similar size. With input factor have highest standard score factor loading, next below were output factor and process factor have lowest. Standard score factor loading of 14 indicators were positive, size were form 0.406-0.863 which had similar size. With teaching skill of lecturer indicators have highest standard score factor loading in input factor . With consistent of activity objective of project indicators have highest standard score factor loading in process factor and with teaching skill of kurutayat indicators have highest standard score factor loading in output factor .
