Abstract:
This study is an in-depth literature review of cross-cultural communication
barriers and ways to cope with these problems. It includes discussions of theories and
research findings of over 50 books and articles on cross-cultural communication.
The study begins with a review of essential aspects of and factors affecting
communication, causes of communication in organizations with multi-national
employees, and recommended ways to improve cross-cultural communication.
The strategies of researchers in different nationalities have been employed to
handle existing and possible conflicts caused by cross-cultural communication
barriers. These are recognition of and learning in the host culture, and awareness of
the barriers to cross-cultural communication. These have been reported, along with
the studys discussion and further research suggestions.

สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบทบทวนวรรณกรรมเชิงลึกของอุปสรรคในการสื่อสารข้ามวัฒนธรรม และวิธีการจัดการกับปัญหาดังกล่าว ซึ่งมุ่งศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ทฤษฎีจากงานวิจัย
ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสื่อสารข้ามวัฒนธรรม มากกว่า 50 เล่ม โดยเริ่มจากแง่มุมและปัจจัยสำคัญ
ที่มีผลกระทบต่อการสื่อสารของลูกจ้างในองค์กรที่มีความหลากหลายด้านวัฒนธรรม และแนะนำวิธีการปรับตัวให้เข้ากับการสื่อสารข้ามวัฒนธรรม
กลยุทธ์ของนักวิจัยหลากหลายชนชาติ ได้ถูกนำมาใช้เพื่อที่จะรับมือกับปัญหาความขัดแย้ง
ที่น่าจะเกิดขึ้นได้ คือการยอมรับและเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมของประเทศนั้นๆ อีกทั้งรับมือกับปัญหาที่เกิดจากการสื่อสารข้ามวัฒนธรรม โดยต้องตระหนักและเข้าใจในอุปสรรคการสื่อสารข้ามวัฒนธรรม
เพื่อประโยชน์ต่อการศึกษาและการวิจัยในอนาคตต่อไป
