Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อติดตามผลโครงการฝึกงานของนักศึกษาภาควิชาเทคโนโลยีศิลปอุตสาหกรรม คณะสถาปัตยกรรมและการออกแบบ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้า พระนครเหนือ ในด้านการดำเนินงานของสถานศึกษา ด้านความร่วมมือของสถานประกอบการ และด้านความรู้ ทักษะ และเจตคติของนักศึกษาฝึกงาน โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นครูฝึกใน สถานประกอบการ จำนวน 103 คน นักศึกษาฝึกงาน จำนวน 239 คน และอาจารย์นิเทศก์ จำนวน 8 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปเพื่อหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบความแตกต่างระหว่างค่าเฉลี่ยของกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยค่า t การทดสอบความแตกต่างระหว่างความคิดเห็นตามขนาดของสถานประกอบการใช้การเปรียบเทียบความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลของการวิจัยในครั้งนี้พบว่า ครูฝึกในสถานประกอบการและนักศึกษาฝึกงานสาขาวิชาออกแบบภายในและสาขาวิชาออกแบบเซรามิกส์ มีความคิดเห็นในด้านการดำเนินงานของสถานศึกษา ด้านการให้ความร่วมมือของสถานประกอบการ และด้านความรู้ ทักษะ และเจตคติ ของนักศึกษาฝึกงานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนอาจารย์นิเทศก์ทั้งสองสาขาวิชามีความเห็นว่าทั้ง 3 ด้านมีความเหมาะสม และจากการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูฝึกในสถานประกอบการกับนักศึกษาฝึกงานสาขาวิชาออกแบบภายใน ด้านการดำเนินงานของสถานศึกษา และด้านการให้ความร่วมมือของสถานประกอบการพบว่ามีความเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูฝึกในสถานประกอบการกับนักศึกษาฝึกงานสาขาวิชาออกแบบเซรามิกส์ ด้านการดำเนินงานของสถานศึกษาพบว่ามีความเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ด้านการให้ความร่วมมือของสถานประกอบการพบว่ามีความเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน การเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างความคิดเห็นของครูฝึกในสถานประกอบการกับนักศึกษาฝึกงาน จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานประกอบการที่เข้ารับการฝึกในด้านการให้ความร่วมมือของสถานประกอบการ และในด้านความรู้ ทักษะ และเจตคติของนักศึกษาฝึกงาน มีความเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน

Abstract: The research aimed to follow up the students’ internship from the Faculty of Architecture and Design, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok in aspects of the management of academic institutions, the cooperation from the enterprise and the trainees’ knowledge, skills and attitude. The research samples were 103 enterprises’ trainers, 239 student trainees and 8 university supervisory instructors. The questionnaire and interview questionnaire were designed as a research tools. The data was analyzed in terms of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, testing the difference of means by using t-test, and testing the difference of the enterprises’s opinions by using One-way ANOVA. It was found out that enterprises’ trainers and student trainees from Interior Design and Ceramic Design had the opinions about the management of academic institutions, the cooperation from the enterprises and the trainees’ knowledge, skills and attitude in the good level. The opinions of university supervisory instructors from both majors on the three aspects were in moderate level. When comparing the enterprises’ trainers opinions about the management of academic institutions and the cooperation from the enterprises, the result showed that their opinions were not different. The enterprises’ trainers of students from Ceramic Design had significantly different opinions about the management of academic institutions at level of .05 whereas the opinions on the cooperation from the enterprises showed no different. When comparing the differences between enterprises’ trainers according to the size of enterprises, the result showed that there was no different between the opinions about the cooperation from enterprises and the trainees’ knowledge, skills and attitude from the small, medium and large enterprise
