Abstract:
The purposes of this research are 1) to study the levels of employees
preparedness factors, the application of internet, and the levels of job
empowerment, 2) to compare job empowerment of employees different personal
factors, 3) to investigate relationship between preparedness factors and job
empowerment of employees, and 4) to investigate relationship between the
application of internet and job empowerment of employees. The sample group was
226 employees of True Corporation Public Company Limited. Data was collected
by a questionnaire. Statistics used for data analysis were mean, percentage, t-test,
F-test and Pearsons Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The results of this research showed that:
1. Employees had moderate level of preparedness factors, high level of the
application of internet and high level of job empowerment.
2. Employees who had different age had different levels of job empowerment
at .05 statistically significant level.
3. There was a positive relationship between preparedness factors of employees
and job empowerment at .01 statistically significant level.
4. There was a positive relationship between the application of internet for
work of employees and job empowerment at .01 statistically significant level.
