Perception of Organization Change with Working Morale of Employees : A case study on employees at Bank of Ayudhya in Provincial Branch Business Region 301 (Suratthani , Chumphon , Ranong and Phang-nga)
Abstract:
The purposes of this research are 1) to study the level of perception of an
organization change and working morale of employees 2) to compare perception of an
organization change and working morale of employees who have different personal
factors 3) to study relationship between perception of organization change and working
morale. The sample group consisted of 90 employees. The question was separated into
3 main part : the personal data , the perception of an organization change and working
morale. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.938. The statistics used for data
analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way
ANOVA and Pearsons Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The main findings of this research were as follows : 1) most of employees had
moderate level of perception in the organization change and of working morale 2) The
employees who were different age , income and experience had different perception of
organization change and moderate level of overall working morale with statistical
significance at 0.05 3) there was positive relationship between perception of
organization change and working morale with a statistical significance at 0.05
