Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to study opinions regarding to quality of
working life of the Office of the Narcotics Control Personnel including comparative
opinion concerning the levels of opinion of quality of working life of the Office of the
Narcotics Control Personnel, being different according to personnel factors. The data
from this study can be used as guidelines on developing the organization next time. In
this study, Likert scale was used to collect data. The research participants were189
from the total of 404 people of the Office of the Narcotics Control Personnel. SPSS,
percentage, Mean, and SD, were used to analyze data. T- Test and F-Test were used
for comparison. Then, the average was used to categorize with DUNCAN MULTIPLE
RANGE TEST.
Based on the comparative opinion of different quality of working life according
to 3 related personnel factors, findings were as follow:
1) Officers from government departments expressed their opinion on different
quality of life work. In addition, it was found that people in government departments
expressed their opinion on adequate and justice compensation, their own knowledge
development opportunity, the ability of their own, the growth and job security,
regulations of the organization, the balance between work and personal life, and the
valuable public working.
2) Ages of people did not affect on quality of working life in only part of
adequate and justice compensation. Employment status affected on the quality of
working life only in one side of the growth and job security. Positions affected on

regulations of the organization. Educational positions of the people influenced and
justice compensation. Income of the people opinion on adequate and justice
compensation and regulations of the organization.
3) Sexes, marriage status, educational levels, general position levels and the
duration of working did not affect their opinion on the overview and quality of working
life and income.
