Abstract:
This research study compares the academic achievement between students and teachers to gain
knowledge about the design of electrical systems. Hypothesis of the research students who study a
model of teaching knowledge. The achievement of higher resolution than traditional learning styles
and teaching facilities. Equipment used in the research plan includes the creation of knowledge and
achievement test set for multiple-choice option of 4 and 80 and observing teaching. The lesson
plans and academic achievement test has been validated by experts, and assessed the quality of the
measurement. The samples used for students at two-year Diploma of Electrical Engineering
Department. Sawangdeandin college career studying in semester 1, year 2554, 40 people, by
selecting a specific Divided into experimental group and control group. Previous experiments have
measured the basic knowledge that should be learning and adjusting to meet 80% of the
experimental group were provided with a model for teaching students to build knowledge. The
control group study with a model for teaching the students to measure and analyze the results with
the statistical T-Test.
The results show that the new teaching their courses of study and academic achievement by specific
behaviors. The problem. To understanding. And the development of ideas. Experimental group had
higher achievement than the control group are statistically significant at the 0.05 percent in the
memory and the ability to another level, there were no differences. Social behavior was observed.
Teaching new plan allows participants to play a role in learning and teaching more than usual. It
was found learning from observing the behavior of the students in the experimental group were
asked to answer questions the teacher education 19.4 % 25.6 % submitted. To 31.3 % in the group
