Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) พัฒนาหลักสูตร เรื่อง การเลี้ยงหมูหลุมแบบไร้กลิ่น ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 และ 2) ศึกษาผลการใช้หลักสูตรสถานศึกษา เรื่อง การเลี้ยงหมู หลุมแบบไร้กลิ่นของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 มีขั้นตอนในการพัฒนาหลักสูตร 4 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) การศึกษาและสำรวจข้อมูลพื้นฐาน 2) การพัฒนาหลักสูตร 3) การทดลองใช้หลักสูตร และ 4) การปรับปรุงหลักสูตร โดยทดลองใช้หลักสูตรกับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2550 โรงเรียนชำฆ้อพิทยาคม จำนวน 15 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ หลักสูตรสถานศึกษา เรื่อง การเลี้ยงหมูหลุมแบบไร้กลิ่นของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษา ปีที่ 1 แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ แบบประเมินความรู้ความเข้าใจ แบบวัดทักษะปฏิบัติ แบบวัดเจตคติ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) การวิเคราะห์ ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ การทดสอบความแตกต่าง ด้วยสถิติโดยการทดสอบค่าที (t – test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา เรื่อง การเลี้ยงหมูหลุมแบบไร้กลิ่น ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 มีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก สามารถนำไปใช้ได้ 2) การทดลองใช้ หลักสูตร พบว่า นักเรียนมีความรู้ความเข้าใจที่เกิดจากการเรียนรู้ตามหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา เรื่อง การเลี้ยงหมูหลุมแบบไร้กลิ่นของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 หลังการเรียนรู้สูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 นักเรียนมีทักษะปฏิบัติที่เกิดจากการเรียนรู้ตามหลักสูตร สถานศึกษา เรื่องการเลี้ยงหมูหลุมแบบไร้กลิ่นของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โดยภาพรวมมีผล การปฏิบัติงานผ่านเกณฑ์ที่ร้อยละ 80 ทั้งหมดและนักเรียนมีเจตคติต่อการเรียนรู้ตามหลักสูตร สถานศึกษา เรื่องการเลี้ยงหมูหลุมแบบไร้กลิ่น ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่คะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.40

Abstract: The purposes of this research were to develop school curriculum on biotechnology of swine production in mattayomsuksa one; and 2) to study the implementation results of the development of school curriculum on biotechnology of swine production in mattayomsuksa one. This curriculum was developed for four stages including investigation of basic information, curriculum developing, implementation, and improvement. The developed curriculum was experimented with 15 students from mattayomsuksa one who studied in the second semester of the academic year 2007 at Chumkhor pittayakom School. The research instruments were : questionnaire, interview form, the school curriculum on biotechnology of swine production in mattayomsuksa one, lesson plans, test on knowledge and understanding, practice evaluation form, and attitude evaluation form. Statistical analysis was done for percentage, content analysis, index of item objective congruence (IOC), mean, ( X ), standard deviation (S.D.), and t-test. The major results were shown. 1) The development of school curriculum on biotechnology of swine production in Mattayomsuksa one was appropriate at a high level and could be implemented. 2) The school curriculum on biotechnology of swine production in mattayomsuksa one implementation revealed that students’ understanding after the experiment was significantly higher than before the experiment at 0.05 level, students’ skill in with curriculum on biotechnology of swine production in mattayomsuksa were grater than the criteria level of 80, and students’attitude toward with school curriculum on biotechnology of swine production in mattayomsuksa one after the experiment was at higher level. ( X =4.40).
