Abstract: การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้ใช้การพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ (Descriptive Analysis) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาครูจัดทำสื่อการเรียนการสอนแบบบูรณาการสำหรับเด็กปฐมวัย โรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองพิบูลมังสาหาร และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลการพัฒนาครูจัดทำสื่อการเรียนการสอนแบบบูรณาการสำหรับเด็กปฐมวัย โรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองพิบูลมังสาหารก่อนและหลังอบรม กลุ่มผู้ร่วมศึกษาค้นคว้า ประกอบด้วยพนักงานครู ครูอัตราจ้าง จำนวน 38 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลจำนวน 2 คนประกอบด้วย ผู้ศึกษาค้นคว้าและวิทยากร ขั้นตอนการดำเนินการวิจัยอาศัยหลักการวิจัยปฏิบัติการ (Action research) ตามแนวคิดของ Kemmis และ Mc Taggart ประกอบด้วยขั้นตอนการวางแผน (Planning) กลยุทธ์ที่ใช้พัฒนา 2 วงรอบ คือ อบรมเชิงปฏิบัติ และการนิเทศภายใน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย 1) เอกสารประกอบการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ จำนวน 2 ชุด 2) แบบสัมภาษณ์ 3) แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรม การดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และการวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิตินอนพาราเมตริกลำดับพิสัย Wilcoxon ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.ผลการปฏิบัติการด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านการจัดทำสื่อการเรียนการสอนแบบบูรณาการสำหรับเด็กปฐมวัย โรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองพิบูลมังสาหาร อำเภอพิบูลมังสาหาร จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี พบว่า การอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการทำให้กลุ่มผู้ร่วมศึกษาค้นคว้ามีความรู้ความเข้าใจ ในการจัดทำสื่อการเรียนการสอนแบบบูรณาการสำหรับเด็กปฐมวัยมากขึ้น และการนิเทศภายในทำให้กลุ่มผู้ร่วมศึกษาค้นคว้า มีพฤติกรรมการจัดทำสื่อการเรียนการสอนแบบบูรณาการสำหรับเด็กปฐมวัยก่อนและหลังการนิเทศภายใน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี ซึ่งผ่านเกณฑ์กำหนดไว้ทุกรายการ 2.ผลการเปรียบเทียบการปฏิบัติการก่อนและหลังการพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านการจัดทำสื่อการเรียนการสอนแบบบูรณาการสำหรับเด็กปฐมวัย ในสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองพิบูลมังสาหาร อำเภอพิบูลมังสาหาร จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี พบว่า กลุ่มผู้ร่วมศึกษาค้นคว้า มีผลการปฏิบัติการพัฒนาด้านการจัดทำสื่อการเรียนการสอนแบบบูรณาการสำหรับเด็กปฐมวัย หลังการปฏิบัติการสูงกว่าการปฎิบัติการโดยผลการทดสอบความรู้ความเข้าใจในการจัดทำสื่อการเรียนการสอนแบบบูรณาการสำหรับเด็กปฐมวัยหลังการอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการสังเกตพฤติกรรมการจัดทำสื่อการเรียนการสอนแบบบูรณาการสำหรับเด็กปฐมวัย ก่อนและหลังการนิเทศภายใน พบว่า หลังการนิเทศภายในสูงกว่าก่อนนิเทศภายใน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 The objectives of this descriptive analysis research were to develop the teaching staff in creating the integrated instructional media for young children in schools under the jurisdiction of Phiboonmongsaharn municipality, Phiboonmongsaharn distric, Ubon Ratchathani and to compare the results of the development operation of the teaching staff in creating the integrated instructional media for young children in school under the jurisdiction of Phiboonmongsaharn municipality, Phiboonmongsaharn distric. Ubon Ratchathani before and after participating in the operational training. There were 38 particpants, selected by means of the purposive sampling method. The informants for this descriptive analysis research included 2 people : the investigator and trainer. The research process using the method of action research of Kemmis and Mc Taggart concept comprised planning. Action, observation, and reflection. The development strategies included two cycles; operational training and internal training. The instrument used in the data collecting including 1) two sets of operational training material packages, 2) interview form, and 3) Behavior observation form. The statistics used in the data analysis were mean, standard deviation, content analysis and Wilcoxon’s nonparametric range. The research findings were as follows: 1. The result of the operation of the teaching staff development in creating the integrated instructional media for young children school under the jurisciction of Phiboonmongsaharn municipality, Phiboonmongsaharn distric, Ubon Ratchathani indicated that participants participated in this operational media for young children as well as the internal supervision. Media for young children before and after the internal supervision at a good which passed all of the requirement set up. 2. The comparison of the operational results before and after the development of operation of the teaching staff in creating the integrated instructional media for young children schools under the jurisciction of Phiboonmongsaharn municipality, Phiboonmongsaharn distric, Ubon Ratchathani, showed that the operational result in creating the integrated instruction media for young children of the participants after participating in this operational training. The test result of the participants’ knowledge and understanding in creating the integrated instructional media for young children after participating in the operational training with difference at level .05 of significance. The result of the behavior observed after participating in this operational training was found to be higher than before the participating in this operational with difference at level .05 of significance.
