Abstract: การจัดทำวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างชุดฝึกระบบการบริหารการผลิตโดยเพื่อหาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการทดลองแบ่งออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้เพื่อหาความยากง่ายของข้อสอบโดยทดลองกับนักศึกษา หมู่เรียน วท.บ.4.36 ชั้นปีที่ 4 จำนวน 46 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้หาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนนักศึกษา หมู่เรียน วท.บ. 3.37 ชั้นปีที่ 3 จำนวน 30คน ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพบว่า คะแนนสอบก่อนเรียนมีค่าเฉลี่ย 33.93 คะแนนสอบหลังเรียนมีค่าเฉลี่ย 60.00 ซึ่งคะแนนเฉลี่ยเพิ่มขึ้นคิดเป็นร้อยละ 43.45 และค่า t ที่ได้จาการคำนวณ คือ 21.16 มีค่ามากกว่าค่า t วิกฤติในตาราง คือ 2.462 จากข้อมูลดังกล่าวแสดงให้เห็นว่า เมื่อกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ได้ผ่านการเรียนรู้จากชุดฝึกระบบการบริหารการผลิตแล้วทำให้กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีทักษะความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบการบริหารการผลิตมากขึ้น สรุปได้ว่า ชุดฝึกระบบการบริหารการผลิตได้ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนแก่ผู้เรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 และมีค่าประสิทธิภาพ 80.00/80.00 ซึ่งอยู่ในเกณฑ์มาตรฐานที่ตั้งไว้ The research were created Self-Learning Kit : Production & Operation Management and find effective for after learning. The sample students used for test effective were divided into 2 groups. The first was the sample group for finding the level of difficulty of the test paper. The second was the sample group for checking learning accomplishment. From the data analysis, it was found the average score of the pre- test was 33.93. whereas the average score of the post-test was 60.00. The average score increased 43.45 percent. The t score from the calculation was 21.16 which was 2.462. From these result, it showed that when the sample group had learned from the self-Learning Kit : Production & Operation Management, they had more skill, knowledge and understanding, so that could significance give learning accomplishment to the learners with a statistical significance level of 0.01. and the efficiency of the self-Learning Kit : Production & Operation Management was at 80.00/80.00.
