Abstract:
The study of opinions on performance measurement by Balanced scorecard of Kalasin municipality employees by the use of a questionnaire survey to collect data from 286 Kalasin municipality employees. The statistics analyzed were frequency, mode, and chi-square analysis which opinions on performance measurement by Balanced scorecard of Kalasin municipality employees determined to be inconstant variable relating to personal factor; age and average income per month.
From the study found that
1) Opinions on performance measurement by Balanced scorecard of Kalasin
municipality employees on service, internal process, learning and development, and financial management were at high level.
2) Opinions on performance measurement by Balanced scorecard of Kalasin
municipality employees on service, internal process, learning and development, and financial management with age had relationship at quite low.
In conclusion, opinions on performance measurement by Balanced scorecard of
Kalasin municipality employees were at a high level and had relationship with personal factor which Kalasin municipality employees should promote the employees competency continuously, exchange an opinion, financial analysis in order to get a new information and be able to apply in organization efficiency.
