Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study : 1) The level of educational factors
affecting management information systems in basic education school, Rayong Province. 2) The
level of educational management information systems in basic education school, Rayong Province.
3) The relation of education between the factors affecting management information systems in
basic education school, Rayong Province and the management information systems in basic
education school, Rayong Province. 4) The create predicted equation of factors management
information systems in basic education school, Rayong Province, involved to management
information systems in basic education school, Rayong Province. The samples consisted of 300
school directors and the leader of information teachers in basic education school who selected by
random sampling. The research instrument was a 5 rating scales, divided into two parts : part 1 is
the factors affecting management information systems in basic education school, Rayong
Province. The discrimination item was between .27 to .78. Part 2 the questionnaire about
management was information system in basic education school, Rayong Province, the
discrimination item was between .34 to .89. The reliability of the instrument was .98. The data
were analyzed by using frequency distribution, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's product
moment correlation, Enter multiple regression analysis and Stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The results of the research were as follows : 1) The factors affecting management
information systems in basic education school, Rayong Province were at high level, director
factor is the highest level. 2) The management information systems were at high level. 3) The
relationship between factors affecting management information systems, management information
systems in basic education school, Rayong Province, all factors with correlation coefficient was
very well and statistically significant at the .01 level. 4) Factors affecting management information
systems which were ordered in accordance with their importance were composed of the director
factor, user factor, material factor, and the administrator factor. The coefficient of multiple
correlation was 0.81 and the prediction power was 66% with the statistical significant relationship
