Abstract:
Objectives of this thesis were : 1)to study the level of beliefs, understanding, behaviors and stress of the four foundations of mindful trainees, 2)to do the comparative study the personal factors which might affects beliefs, understanding, behaviors and stress, and 3) to find the relationships among the beliefs, understanding, behaviors and stress of the trainees.
Samples were 206 trainees and data were collected by questionnaires and analysis by computer program. Statistics of X, S.D., percentage, t-test, F-test and Pearson correlation were used.
Results could be summarized as follows: 1) Trainees showed the high level of beliefs, understanding, and behaviors but low level in stress. 2) Genders, marital status, ages, occupations did not affect stress significantly at .000 3) Practicum duration showed the affect on beliefs understanding, behaviors and stress significantly at .01 to .000 respectively. 4) The relationships among beliefs, understandings and behaviors were positive significant at .000 while beliefs, understandings and behaviors with were positive significant at .000
