Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาถึงความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารสินค้าคงคลังของธุรกิจวัสดุก่อสร้าง วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้ใช้เทคนิคการวิจัยแบบเดลฟาย คือการใช้แบบสอบถามจำนวน 3 รอบ ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากลุ่มตัวอย่าง ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วยผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เป็นผู้บริหารร้านวัสดุก่อสร้างผู้ควบคุมดูแลสินค้าคงคลังและนักวิชาการ จำนวน 2 ท่าน ที่ทำงานในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล เมื่อได้ข้อมูลมาแล้วจะทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการคำนวณหาค่าทางสถิติ ได้แก่ ค่ามัธยฐาน (Mediam) ค่าฐานนิยม (Mode) และค่าพิสัยระหว่าง ควอไทล์ (Interquartile Range) ผลของการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีแนวคิดว่า ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารสินค้าคงคลังควรนำระบบคอมพิวเตอร์เข้ามาใช้ในการทำงาน เพื่อให้ได้ระบบสารสนเทศที่มีความรวดเร็วและให้ข้อมูลที่มีความถูกต้อง แม่นยำ ส่วนในเรื่องระบบสินค้าคงคลัง ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีแนวคิดว่า ข้อมูลหลักระบบสินค้าคงคลังควรประกอบไปด้วย ข้อมูลของลูกค้า ข้อมูลของผู้ชาย ข้อมูลของสินค้า และควรมีกำหนดรหัสให้กับข้อมูล เทคนิคและวิธีการต่างๆ ที่ควรนำมาใช้ในการบริหารงานได้แก่ การกำหนดจุสูงสุดและจุดต่ำสุด การใช้วิธี ABC Analysis เป็นต้น ส่วนรายงานของระบบสินค้าคงคลังนั้นควรเป็นรายงานเพื่อการบริหารเพื่อที่ผู้บริหารจะได้สามารถนำเอารายงานไปใช้ในการบริหารงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ข้อมูลต่างๆ เหล่านี้จะช่วยให้การบริหารงานมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น The objective of this research was to investigate and perform the study on the potertial Information System best suited for the Inventory Management of construction material business. The research procedure, which was applied with Delphi technique, deployed the utilization of three intervals of questionnaires to obtain the information gathered from the sample groups. Three sample groups of twenty persons in total, were selected from specialists in the management field of construction material, the Inventory Control personnel of material and the academic field, who were working in Bangkok Metropolitan and the suburbs, Statistical analysis of information collected from the field by using Mean, Mode and Inter-quartile Range on the sample of questinnaires Results deriving from the research analysis are : The specialists group confirmed that Information System for the Inventory Management of construction material should be computerized to achieve the Information System in timely manner with correct and accurate datd. Inventory System Databases shoud consists of Customers, Suppliers and Products. Naming convention for coding of data, techiques and other algorithms ; which were applied to the administration such as the specifying of the highest and lowest inventory points, ABC analysis technique, etc.; should be defined. The output reports from the Invertory Management should provide the management with the information necessary for the more efficient of ndministrative reportin. This management information would enhance the efficiency of the business management in construction material industry.
