Abstract:
This study aimed to investigate: 1) study the effectiveness in the operations of the small-child development centers of Kuemyai Sub-district Administrative organization, Muang Amnatcharoen District, Amnatcharoen Province, 2) the operations of the small-child development centers of Kuemyai Sub-district Administrative organization, Muang Amnatcharoen District, Amnatcharoen Province, and 3) the guidelines for the development of the small-child center operations of Kuemyai Sub-district Administrative organization, Muang Amnatcharoen District, Amnatcharoen Province. The samples were 140 childrens guardians whose children learned in the small-child development centers of Kuemyai Sub-district Administrative organization, Muang Amnatcharoen District, Amnatcharoen Province. The instrument for collecting the data was the five rating-scaled questionnaires with the reliability valued .96. The computerized packaged of statistics used for analyzing the data included the frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The opinions of the childrens guardians on the effectiveness in the operations of the small-child development centers of Kuemyai Sub-district Administrative organization, Muang Amnatcharoen District, Amnatcharoen Province as a whole and each aspect were in the much level. When loking into each aspect, it revealed that the aspect with the highest mean scores was the promotion and support for the children obtaining the good health cares. The latter included the aspects of the childrens readiness development in very aspect, overall constructs, and the aspect with the lowest mean scores was the promotion and support of the coordination between the local administrative organizations and communities.

The opinions of the childrens guardians on the operations of the small-child development centers of Kuemyai Sub-district Administrative organization, Muang Amnatcharoen District, Amnatcharoen Province as a whole and each aspect were in the much level. The aspect with the highest mean scores was buildings, environments and security; the second rank was the aspect of the personnel staff; and the aspect with lowest mean scores was the managerial-administration.

The aspect with the highest mean scores was buildings, environments and security; the second rank was the aspect of the personnel staff; and the aspect with lowest mean scores was the managerial-administration.
