Abstract:
This research aimed to study the levels of the organizational commitment of the teachers, and to compare the levels of the organizational commitment of the teachers under the jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum Educational Service Area Office 1 in three aspects: (1) the faith aspect, (2) the exertion aspect, and (3) the loyalty aspect. The subjects were categorized by educational level and period of working experience. The instrument used in this research was the questionnaire with the reliability value of 0.96. The sample were 354 teachers under the jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum educational service area office 1. The statistical used in this research were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and the Scheffes method.
กกกกกกกThe result of this research revealed that the levels of the teachers commitment towards their organization under the jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum educational service area office 1 as whole was at the rated high: the exertion aspect the loyalty faith aspect respectively.
กกกกกกกThe comparison of the levels of the organizational commitment of the teachers under the jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum educational service office 1 in the educational level category which was varied within the group showed that the levels of the organizational commitment of the teachers were different with the statistical significance at .05 the teachers with different educational levels had different organizational commitment with the statistical significance at the .05 level.
กกกกกกกThe comparison of the different period of working experience showed that the levels of the organizational commitment of the teachers under the jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum educational service office 1 were different with the statistical significance at .05 the teachers whose period of working experience was between 21-30 years had the higher level of organizational commitment than the teachers with of working experience more than 30 years.
